Easy to use - intuitive. A powerful tool to store and retrieve data on clients, employees, orders/assignments, and notes. It was a relatively easy transition from ABD UltraStaff with almost no downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any program, there are some things that it can't do, or can't do easily. Some information that should be available through a simple search has to be run as a report, which means the results can not be manipulated, or shown by branch, line of business, etc. Some features (like the "dashboard") are probably powerful tools, but too labor-intensive and confusing to set up, so are not used to their full potential. Sorting some of the search results in certain ways can be difficult or not possible. If you enter a number in the column to sort the info by branch (for example), it will display every entry that has that number in it, not just the specific branch you want to see. For example, if you want to see only branch 2, it will also display branches 12, 22, 23, 24, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I wish we had the ability to configure "flags" or "sticky notes" on certain records that catch the user's attention and doesn't require them to search/dig for important information.
