As a new user, it may be a bit confusing as to have so many options and steps. Maybe have more oprtins for reports. Edge keeps candidate information within the profile and can view in notes. LOVE the daily planner to stay organized with what activities need to be completed. Wish there were more advanced options that did not need to be customized. Examples: the profile writer could function better, or a status to completion bar would be great on a profile!
