It's also customizable enabling our company to use it the way that works best for us. We're constantly coming up with new ways to make it easier to do what we need to do. **What do you dislike about Ultra-Staff EDGE Staffing and Recruiting Software?** There isn't much to dislike, but there are a few quirks to be aware of. For example, the ability to find a client's first billed date is contingent on having a sales rep code in the client's screen. If that field is blank, that company will not show in the search results. We just make a point of always remembering that field. Another is that when you are sorting search results, if you want to see only activities that are coded as a letter "A" (for example), the sort will bring up every result that has the letter A anywhere in it, and not just the results that are only the letter "A" by itself . A powerful tool to store and retrieve data on clients, employees, orders/assignments, and notes. It was a relatively easy transition from ABD UltraStaff with almost no downtime. **What do you dislike about Ultra-Staff EDGE Staffing and Recruiting Software?** As with any program, there are some things that it can't do, or can't do easily. Some information that should be available through a simple search has to be run as a report, which means the results can not be manipulated, or shown by branch, line of business, etc. Some features (like the "dashboard") are probably powerful tools, but too labor-intensive and confusing to set up, so are not used to their full potential. Sorting some of the search results in certain ways can be difficult or not possible. If you enter a number in the column to sort the info by branch (for example), it will display every entry that has that number in it, not just the specific branch you want to see. I am able to pull reports for multiple end-users with just a few mouse clicks. I like that corporate leadership can determine who has what level of accessibility. **What do you dislike about Ultra-Staff EDGE Staffing and Recruiting Software?** There are a few reports that I would like to be able to pull automatically. But, as I've used it more, I've been able to figure out which reports will give me what I need. **What problems is Ultra-Staff EDGE Staffing and Recruiting Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** If we do everything correctly on our end -- which is something we strived to do this year -- payroll is a breeze with no errors or hiccups. Working with auditors and tax people has also been super easy in the last few years because the reports they need and want quickly are almost always available in a timely manner. ### 48. Not a big deal but it would be easier. **Recommendations to others considering Ultra-Staff EDGE Staffing and Recruiting Software:** I highly recommend UltraStaff Edge to staffing firms of all sizes. It is a complete ATS, onboarding system, candidate and client management system. The customer service is second to none. I wouldn't even consider leaving Automated Business Designs for any other software. UltraStaff is the best.
