What do you like best about Ultatel?

I love how easy it was to set up and use! The features are highly user-friendly; we have text, fax, voicemail, phone system etc!! The customer service team is incredible; anytime we have an issue, they get back to us immediately! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ultatel?

Ultatel makes transferring calls, recording calls and taking calls a breeze! I wish it were easier to switch from phone calls to team calls to share screens with clients. Right now, the only way we know how to switch is to send an invite manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
