Ulix is double-entry accounting software for small businesses and anyone running more than one company, with an AI bookkeeper built in. Run every company under one login. Connect your bank and Ulix suggests a category for every transaction and explains why; nothing posts until you confirm it. Ask the bookkeeper questions about your books and it drafts the entries for you to approve. Invoices and estimates with card and bank payments, sales tax, purchase orders and inventory, bill pay (ACH files, checks, Zelle), budgets, consolidated reports, a console for accounting firms, Amazon seller settlement import, and QuickBooks import. iPhone and Android apps. Plans from $19/month with a 30-day free trial, no credit card.
