**What do you like best about UL Supply Chain Network?**

Depth of industrial safety information, insights and experience in the domain. The fact that UL  remains relevant after 125 years and is nothing less than how a technology company works.

**What do you dislike about UL Supply Chain Network?**

The layman does not understand 1000+ standard types; while there are codes that identify individual standards, there is limited knowledge of UL standards in public domain. Before proceeding with UL evaluation, a basic layman's understanding is missing.

**What problems is UL Supply Chain Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting HVAC products acceptable in the US market, competing with the local brands. With UL's credibility associated with our products, the inroads to the US market have been easier.

Supply chain compliance tool. The quality and accuracy of data is pretty good.

No free version available. Seems risky buying it all before trying.

Transparency and visibility into suppliers beyond first and second tier.
