I plan everything with UKU now. Every morning I start my work and open UKU first thing. Then I know what my plans are. I love that I can easily plan yearly reccuring tasks. "Notes" section is of great help as well.

Saves me a lot of time. Easy to use. You can plan all your tasks, make weekly, monthly and annually plans. Add automated tasks. One place for all information: client related information, tasks, templates, checklists etc. You can also add documents, make invoices. Helps measure time spent for each task or client and analyse effectiveness. Uku helps to send e-mails to clients and you can even set up automatic sending for e-mails. Actually there is nothing important to point out. At first I didn`t know how to correctly change automated tasks (program sometimes created duplicated tasks in past) but client service helped me out. It is important to update the date of the task if you change automated tasks. So if you have any question or problem, customer support is professional and helps very quickly. For our company, the software is essential to track time, have a “To Do" list, and write notes about clients and agreements we have made with them.
