- you can create a dropdown list with "current state of the task", which is convenient to monitor in the report (a must have with annual reports)

- saved reports

- stopwatch (start and finish with one click)

- sending emails through Uku (quick and easy, also lets others see if and what email has been sent)

- customer support is always extremely helpful

I've been using Uku for a while now and I have to say it's been a great experience.
