The in-browser approach makes it easy to integarte in our day to day lives. It has made my work planning more effective, and I always start my day by reviewing what I have to do in UKU and how my team is doing. it has made it so much easier to evaluate the productivity of my team and see how much time certain tasks will take. **What do you dislike about Uku?** I am still trying to figure out, or maybe it is not a feature, how to sync UKU with my Outlook calendar, since all my meeting planning goes trough Outlook. Easy to use. You can plan all your tasks, make weekly, monthly and annually plans. Add automated tasks. One place for all information: client related information, tasks, templates, checklists etc. You can also add documents, make invoices. Helps measure time spent for each task or client and analyse effectiveness. Uku helps to send e-mails to clients and you can even set up automatic sending for e-mails. **What do you dislike about Uku?** Actually there is nothing important to point out. At first I didn`t know how to correctly change automated tasks (program sometimes created duplicated tasks in past) but client service helped me out. It is important to update the date of the task if you change automated tasks.
