I wish there was a better response time for feed related issues. Feeds are a HUGE part of our system, so it's hard when it takes weeks to even get a response. I use UKG Ready primarily for adjusting time cards, entering time off, and inputting new schedules. What stands out for me is that it is extremely user-friendly. Problem solving can be labor intensive and UKG Ready is a massive product that requires a dedicated HRIS admin to really hone it well. Sometimes I spend hours looking for a solution in the community. UKG has recently changed their support structure for cases, and I often get a level 1 support tech who's just searching the community like I've already done. I experience significant delays in communication for service requests, particularly in creating integrations.
