I like that UKG Ready is paperless from applicant to hire and offers a full HR suite. The ability to handle tax forms, direct deposit, and E-Verify verification all through the system is fantastic. We even have custom forms for attendance warnings and separation notices. It's streamlined with workflows, so we don't have to keep track of scanning paper through email or company mail.
