UKG Ready is a solid product. Very flexible in setup, secure on their site, & modern in its appearance. While the product is excellent, customer support is EVEN BETTER! At times when releases are pushed into production, features are delivered ON & we may not have been ready for it. There are times that UKG does not foresee our cloud server being overloaded & distribute enough computing power to it....things get better after they spin off other customers to another cloud. I like UKG Ready because it's user friendly and makes it easy to log in. It's confidential, which is important to me. I appreciate how it provides a user-friendly experience with tabs, so I can easily access any information I need. I use UKG Ready for performance reviews, tracking my PTO and sick time off, and keeping my W-2 forms and other info up to date. I love how easy it is to navigate the system; it's not hard to get where you need to go, and it is fast. It allows me to access my information quicker and on my own, and the initial setup was easy. I think updating information on UKG Ready could be improved. When doing performance reviews, I've had times where I entered my answers, but they didn't save. I find the convenience of reconciling timecards in UKG Ready really beneficial. I also appreciate being able to reprocess punches, as it works very well. Sometimes, highlighting a punch and dragging it to a different line is difficult from the laptop I use sometimes. I don't use the laptop often but when I do, this is sometimes a problem for me. For most that are not tech savvy, they have a very hard time with the initial setup. I use UKG Ready to check my pay, benefits, time off, and tax information, and it's very helpful for answering any questions I have about benefits and tax information. I really like that I can see everything on my pay stubs, all of my regular hours and overtime hours are broken down nicely. I also appreciate being able to see my time off balance and my projected balance, which helps me plan my vacation days. UKG listens to it's customers. It has an ideas portals that allows users to submit ideas for application improvements. UKG has implemented some of those ideas. They have an extensive knowledgebase and community that can help you find answers. UKG is always evolving to make the software better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with 3rd party vendors take a while to set up. We have file feeds for each of our benefit providers but sometimes we need to make an edit or set up a new vendor. The response time is slow and it takes months to set up a new vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that UKG Ready is easy to use and simple. It eliminates the wait for HR to answer requests, making most interactions real-time. I appreciate that I don't have to email HR and wait for a response; instead, I can see HR responses directly within UKG Ready. I like how thorough the UKG Ready system is. There is a lot of training available, and the system is built so well that there are many customizations and edits I can make. I don't care for how long the implementation system takes at the moment. I believe that all companies operate differently, so it would be nice if we didn't have to complete all of the 50+ courses and we can focus on completing certain courses based off of what our company needs are.
