One thing I think could be improved is the automation of timesheets, particularly the tagging or labeling of rules for things like 'early in,' 'late out,' and 'late.' I wish when you remove the points, it would automatically be removed in the timesheet at the same time. I find UKG Ready easy to use and understand, which means if I need to find something, I can do it with no problems. It makes tracking my time and balancing my time off straightforward. Intuitive system to use. I get the "keys to the kingdom" so I can change settings any time. I can troubleshoot issues. I like how simple UKG Ready is to navigate, especially for clocking in, finding PTO hours, and accessing W4 forms. It makes it easy for all employees to clock in and have access at all times to their W4 forms. The ability to update W4 forms without going through management or HR is a huge time-saver. Submitting a PTO request at any time and keeping track of the remaining PTO is very convenient. The initial setup was extremely easy; employees didn't need a tutorial to start using it. I like using UKG Ready because it's an easy way to manage my information as an employee. It simplifies the process of clocking in and out, updating personal and tax information, submitting time off requests, and seeing my estimated pay—all on the same page. I find the main options readily accessible on the first page, which makes navigating the system straightforward. It's more updated and easier to use compared to what we used before, like Paylocity. Requesting time off should be easier. Sometimes I cannot find the option or don't understand the menu. Sometimes I go straight to select the date and after clicking for a few minutes it does not do anything because I have to select the time off type on the top. It is pretty easy to put in your hours and even update the information. I've had one occasion where I forgot to add a day and it was super simple to go in, edit and re-submit. I like UKG Ready's simple basic layout and user-friendly platform. It's not complicated to use and doesn't have a lot of mumbo jumbo that can seem confusing for users. Normally, trainees can adapt to UKG with only one training session. I find it easy to implement when I log in because everything is basically laid out for me. I'm really enjoying UKG Ready, it's been working great so far. I appreciate the calculator feature as it helps me figure out how much I could make if I work a specific number of hours. I find it easy to operate and to communicate with HR. I can put a note next to my time to inform HR of changes or important updates.
