Once we got most of the gaps filled in, we were able to process a lot smoother. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** The counters, Paycal, Pay Prep, Earning Codes, timesheet profiles and the different departments that were set up with different pay schedules was the biggest hurdles to achieve especially when it came to Holiday Pay / Christmas Eve Pay. It appears to be lined out now. It took several holidays to accomplish this, I believe we run payroll more seamless now. We have Christmas Eve Holiday coming up and I'm hoping this setup is good. It is a system that can do just about anything you need it to do and much more. The Customer Service is usually top notch and timely. I use UKG Ready daily and do not often have problems that I cannot fix on my own. We are currently moving through implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding and have found that process quite simple. While I haven't been through the process of integration yet, I have a feeling it will also be met with the same satisfaction. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** The main downfall that I have with UKG Ready is it is a point in time system which makes some reporting very difficult as due to the nature of our business we have a lot of employees promoted/demoted/rehired/transferred that makes things like reporting EEOC information difficult. It would be nice to have a system that we could look back and get the information from the time period we are looking at, instead of what they are today. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently we are using iCIMS for our ATS and do daily imports. Often, these imports have some errors. The imports will overwrite a rehires previous work experience but keep things like open performance reviews, accrual profiles, and any deductions that may not have ended when employment ended. For example, this week we rehired a former store manager as an assistant manager and the import file updated her rate of pay, but left the regular pay exempt on the base compensation. Had our payroll processor not have caught it, she would have been paid quite a bit more than she should have been. We are working with UKG to convert to the recruiting and onboarding within the Ready system to eliminate the need for the import files. This will benefit us, not only from a cost perspective, but also from a time perspective and ease of use. Currently, we use UKG Ready for our HRIS and payroll needs, and it is an essential tool for both HR and managers in our daily operations. The platform's customization options are impressive, allowing us to tailor features such as report building, learning management, time and attendance, payroll, and more. Having all these modules in one place makes daily tasks much easier, and pulling reports for different departments is straightforward and efficient. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Customer Support Module (Support Cases). It would be beneficial to have a dedicated customer representative assigned to assist with issues or questions as they arise. At present, when you submit a support case for feedback, you are connected with the first available representative. This can be frustrating for users, as it often means having to repeatedly explain how your system is set up. I have also encountered conflicting advice on troubleshooting, which does not inspire confidence in customer support or UKG. The payroll is very easy to use. It also integrates seamlessly from recruiting to onboarding and employment, making the whole process efficient. The reporting filters are pretty confusing in general. I would like to see the ability to filter for multiple things within one column be easier and simple. When we set up payroll, it was a seamless process. The UKG service team is also great if you have any questions. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** As much as I like the reporting, I think the reporting could be improved. Dashboards, that's probably a big thing. Creating dashboards is kind of a nightmare on our end. Especially since our HR department is so small. We don't really have, like, a dedicated department or employees to create these dashboards. When I'm asked to share information in an easy way, I usually have to export reports and then just create it on my own instead of using the system. Then I have to call for help. The only sticky area is in timesheets.
