Feeds are a HUGE part of our system, so it's hard when it takes weeks to even get a response. Onboarding becomes so much easier, allows the team to figure out things quickly and move into different projects easily. The ROI on that alone has been a revelation. I like UKG Ready for its ability to customize and meet the growing needs of our organization. I appreciate the customizable features, such as unique accrual buckets for tracking seniority and payroll earning and deduction codes that fit our needs. Problem solving can be labor intensive and UKG Ready is a massive product that requires a dedicated HRIS admin to really hone it well. Sometimes I spend hours looking for a solution in the community. UKG has recently changed their support structure for cases, and I often get a level 1 support tech who's just searching the community like I've already done. I experience significant delays in communication for service requests, particularly in creating integrations. UKG makes it fairly easy for users and managers to track hours. Making time entry changes and edits are straight forward for the user. When the labeling system is used to flag missed shifts or late/ left early. It is useful for some contexts, but causes a lot of misunderstandings and creates opportunity for lazy leadership.
