Speaking of the integration, things run a lot smoother here in our organization, and UKG has been a huge step in the right direction. Also, the few times i have used customer service has been amazing, the people on the phone have been very helpful, but have also been very kind and easy to work with, even if we don't understand some of the things that may be an obvious answer to them. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Sometimes I think that when going to an employee's profile and going through their page, the way it is set up on default makes a lot of the information cluttered.
