That was initially confusing. As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. I would love to be able to view it as I view tha entire table instead of having to open each note **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am unaware of anything that is going on behind the scenes. Before we had UKG we had a different platform. It was a little more complicated but it was functional. I also think that they make the process of requesting time off pretty smooth and easy with their calendar UI. Though overall, I think their UI is pretty user friendly and I've had no trouble finding any information that I needed from the website. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** I have not yet had any real negative experiences with UKG ready yet. I think the only thing that I've had an issue with was trying to use the mobile app, as I could not find my workplace on the app and therefore could not get it running. Though it is a managed environment for me anyways, so this might not exactly be a UKG specific problem. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would not say that I have a specific problem which I chose UKG to solve. As an employee it allows me to clock in and out seamlessly from my laptop and easily request time off when I need it. The tab system is intuitive and makes it easy to manage people you supervise, it integrates easily into physical devices with either an app, website, or proprietary devices. The system performs quickly, only sometimes taking longer than normal due to latency. It makes onboarding easy with a few quick settings and in the case of my organization IT is able to automate that process. I do not know about pricing from my position. There is not any integration of AI and I hope it remains that way. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** The punch system can be frustrating, but often is my own fault. I have made shortcuts for what I need to use it for but if I stray from those shortcuts I can easily get lost in the over options of it all. However, after implementation, we were helped almost immeditally by the support team and our internal relationship manager to make sure everything was set up exactly how we needed it! **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting is amazing, easy to pull and access! I wish when you remove the points, it would automatically be removed in the timesheet at the same time. I find the main options readily accessible on the first page, which makes navigating the system straightforward. It's more updated and easier to use compared to what we used before, like Paylocity. The initial setup was easy; HR did most of the work, and I just had to update some personal information, and then I was good to go. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Requesting time off should be easier. Sometimes I cannot find the option or don't understand the menu. The service assistance is top notch and so quick to respond anytime I have an issue or question. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** The Leave module is not up to par for us **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solved my ACA filing issue which took us down the rabbit hole of realizing our benefit plans were not ACA ready and that is why they did not populate correctly. I had used an older version, which required time card clock in the breakroom and this is more hands-on and easier to take care of. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Potentially, time fraud. I think if I were in management, it would be very difficult to make sure everyone was on the job, working. It is easier to organize around and see which days I came in late. And it is user friendly. ### 17. I appreciate the calculator feature as it helps me figure out how much I could make if I work a specific number of hours. I find it easy to operate and to communicate with HR. I can put a note next to my time to inform HR of changes or important updates. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. UKG allows us to store more info about our current employees- forms, incidences, dates (both present and historical), job changes, manager info, compensation breakdown and gives you the ability to solicit specific things and store that too (languages spoken, preferred pronouns, etc) UKG on the payroll side of thing has also been great- we have a unique timekeeping system in that our timekeeping for our staff generates our billing info to our clients (when a staff person does a session, we then bill that client). The system is able to collect all of this (and we have tons of service areas we want to keep separate so we know how much business we've done in each area) and UKG can do all of this. Again, previously we did this manually using excel, then had to import that info into our other payroll system. This is a HUGE timesaver for us. All in all, it has really consolidated our HR and payroll operations, provided better consistency and more accuracy. I use UKG ready all day long in my every day work. Our integration with UKG though complicated, was really comprehensive. You meet with each department separately and work with people who specialize in each area. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Some common sense things aren't there - like more easily identify when an employee is not active. The recruiting side needs to be built out further- right now you can only see the communication you sent, not what you receive back from applicants (their responses come back to you in your regular email) the performance module is still rather klunky- finished review is way too long, the ability to have multiple managers provide feedback isn't really easy to do. Customer support has drastically declined since we started with them. Wish they would improve that - takes way too long to get a response. They walk troubleshoot with me, then walk me though step by step how to fix it, taking their time to answer all of my questions along the way. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Not being able to time stamp, or effective date, accrual periods when our employees transfer from hourly to salary and vise versa.
