I can simply send my CSRs a link to the platform without any instructions, and they are able to find their pay stubs, W-2 or W-4 forms, change their direct deposit information, and even use the Model My Pay tool. This tool helps them estimate how much their paycheck will be if they receive bonuses, work overtime, or adjust their tax bracket or number of dependents. I appreciate that as an employee at the credit union, I can log in to work daily and see my paycheck information all in one place on our back-office site. Interacting with HR and managing my benefits is really convenient. I also love using the UKG Wallet, which lets me get an advance on my paycheck instantly, which has been a lifesaver for unexpected moments. The platform is really cool and easy to use, and I can even download the app on my personal phone to have access away from work.
