UKG represents a combination of Ultipro and Kronos and it shows. The systems are not well meshed and often system is slow and unresponsive and data is inconsistent. I find UKG Pro very user-friendly, which makes handling payroll for our 800 employees much simpler. Whenever I have questions, the availability of multiple support options like a direct line and service requests is incredibly helpful. Additionally, I appreciate how UKG Pro has recently enhanced the PTO module. This update assists managers in easily approving PTO requests, as they can see pending requests directly on the timesheet, streamlining the approval process. I also value how UKG Pro solves our tax issues and allows us to configure any reports we need by simply submitting a case. The initial setup of the system was also remarkably easy, with on-site assistance available to guide us through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time tracking is easy, to see your team information is great, easy to implement, easy to integrate also, customer support is alright, not great but not terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To edit the timecards is extremely difficult, since there is not auto-save, and a minimal error deletes all your information, it is extremely slow to load, to read PTO information is very frustrating since it is not always accurate. I find UKG Pro difficult to use and it actually creates more problems. Data entry and payroll processing are overall problematic. Customer service isn't great, and integrations don't work as well.
