The reporting function through BI is wonderful, although you're limited in the custom reporting feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The implementation team was more worried about "checking boxes" than actually completing the tasks. Constant missed deadlines (our GLI was supposed to be completed by 1/1, they didn't even open the file we sent until the end of December... AFTER I continued to request updates. I do not like that we were sold and that we would get all the updates as a customer. But that is not true. We do get updates, but there are new platforms, and we are not on those and our platform is not getting updated. What we specifically liked about then UltiPro, was the fact that we would keep getting updated programming and would not be left behind. We are left behind. Our time-keeping system is old and not getting updates. If I try and figure it out for myself I can't, or I can't get anyone who can help me. The HRIS and Core are the same.
