I would like the reports to include more detailed information in the comments used to justify overtime, so that it is possible to more clearly identify the reason for the additional hours. UKG has always been able to bring together information about your employees in a way that makes sense for reporting. The use of dataview's means it can be pulled together in a quick manner. I had to adjust to dataview's but now they are invaluable. The customer support for setting these up to get the most information is a value in itself. UKG has always had an excellent team of people who make their product come to life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The reports are broader than I like but they still cover the bases of what is needed. It is just a different type of reports than their previous versions. The upside to my dislike is they listen and eventually make changes I feel are positive. Specifically, the accrual detail report, which has a daily repeat of the balance. The prior report had a balance when a change occurred, such as reducing the vacation balance. Overall, you end up with 365 lines of data even though you make only have around 100 entries. Our company has used them for so long I can't remember a time when we did not have UKG / Kronos products. We have moved from i-series to WFC to WFM Pro and each move has refined our ability to obtain our information in ways we did not know we needed. We have grown with UKG and feel we are better for it. They understand longevity and listening to customers to make the product better, not only for us but for new customers who see and hear all the good things UKG does for so many of us. There’s definitely a learning curve, and some tasks feel like they take more steps than they should. Navigation can be confusing, and it isn’t always clear where certain settings or reports are located. Customization can be tricky as well. While the platform is powerful, getting it to work exactly the way you want often requires submitting support tickets or spending extra time on setup. Some processes also feel rigid, particularly if your workflows don’t fit neatly into the system’s default structure. The best thing I like about UKG Pro is the timesheet, where I can record the work I’ve done and the number of hours I spent on each task. Besides that, there’s a goals section where I can set my financial and work goals and then plan my work accordingly. It also includes all my details, like my current role, my employee ID, and other related information. If I need anything, I can simply go to UKG Pro and find it there.
