What I liked most about interacting with Uitrial was their approach to work. They fully investigated our request and suggested the best format for user testing. The simplicity of the tool and the visible and understandable result Uitrial as a tool works very conveniently, UI / UX is understood, the functionality is simple, it is easy to understand it. Audio and video greatly help to evaluate the elements in which the emotional reaction for the player was laid and makes it possible to understand the performance of one or another part of the game. Recommendations to others considering Uitrial: If you need to evaluate the reactions of players to your game, and then draw conclusions on the work done, then this tool is your choice. We were able to understand the weak points of our game thanks to the live reactions of the players, and also collected a little analytics (through questions). I did not notice this during the work, there were minor delays in finding people for the focus group, but this was due to force majeure circumstances that Uitrial could not influence. Our task was to assemble a focus group of 20 people who speak different languages so that they can register in our service and communicate with each other and, after the end of the conversation, send a meeting report.
