"UiPath Maestro Streamlines End-to-End Orchestration with Clear Process Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Maestro?

What I like most about UiPath Maestro is the way it streamlines end-to-end process orchestration by bringing humans, bots, and AI agents together in a single workflow. Having clear visibility into the overall process flow and the key decision points makes it much easier to manage automation, and it feels more efficient and far more straightforward from start to finish. What do you dislike about UiPath Maestro?

One thing I dislike about UiPath Maestro is that the initial setup and configuration can feel overly complex, especially for teams that are new to orchestration concepts. Also, when workflows are interconnected, troubleshooting can take more time and effort, since the debugging visibility still feels somewhat limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"UiPath Maestro Brings Structure and Visibility to Enterprise Workflow Orchestration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Maestro?

What I like best about UiPath Maestro from UiPath is its ability to bring structure and visibility to complex, cross-functional workflows.

I regularly use it to orchestrate processes involving bots, AI agents, and human approvals, and the centralized view helps track progress, manage dependencies, and handle exceptions more efficiently. This has reduced the need for manual coordination and constant follow-ups.

A key benefit is how it enables standardized, scalable process orchestration, making it much easier to manage enterprise-level workflows while improving turnaround time and operational control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Maestro?

One drawback of UiPath Maestro from UiPath is that setting up and managing complex orchestrations can feel heavy, especially for teams new to agentic workflows.

The visibility into failures and debugging paths could be more intuitive, and there can be performance lag in large, integration-heavy processes.

Improving ease of use, monitoring clarity, and lightweight setup options would make it more efficient to adopt and scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamline Bots, Agents & Apps Orchestration with UiPath Maestro"
4.5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Maestro?

The best part of Maestro is it effortlessly models, orchestrates and optimises agentic processes involving AI Agents, Bots and people

It can also model BPMN diagrams for your process and convert them into bot workflows and manage process orchestration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Maestro?

While Maestro excels at orchestration and deployment, the initial configuration—especially connecting it with Git, Orchestrator, and setting up environment-specific pipelines—can be slightly complex and time-consuming. Documentation could be more detailed, especially for custom use cases or troubleshooting steps during failed deployments.

There’s also room for improvement in the UI responsiveness and notification system—especially in cases of deployment failures or conflicts in version control. Integration with other CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins could be more streamlined with out-of-the-box templates rather than requiring manual configurations.
