What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

I've been an user for more than 6 years, it really stands out amongs competitors given its simplicity. The clean interface and features helps developers to accelerate deployments even when they don't come from a development background. It is easy to integrate, and easy to implement. What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Building blocks have their downsides, in some complex scenarios is hard to use "Out of the box" solutions or they become difficult to personalize pushing devs to bring personalized code solutions, while an experienced developer could be able to easily find workarounds, jr devs and citizen devs may struggle and feel limited. What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

While the implemented use cases are not that many, the time savings produced by the volume of work performed by the bots are quite satisfactory. Automation is bringing a new approach on how users perform tasks, we are on a stage where automation is taken into consideration when designing new business processes.
