"Extending RPA Capabilities with Agentic AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Having worked extensively with the UiPath ecosystem, what I appreciate most about UiPath Agentic Automation is its ability to automate processes that go beyond rule-based tasks. We have used it in scenarios involving document processing and decision-making workflows, where AI agents can understand context and take actions with minimal human intervention. Since it is tightly integrated with existing UiPath products, the learning curve was relatively smooth for our team. From an ROI perspective, we started seeing value fairly quickly as it reduced manual effort, improved processing speed, and allowed teams to focus on higher-value activities. While the pricing may appear premium initially, especially for organizations just starting their automation journey, the overall return justifies the investment when deployed for enterprise-scale and complex business processes. It has helped us design more intelligent and scalable automation solutions while significantly reducing manual effort across critical workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

While UiPath Agentic Automation is powerful, there is still a learning curve when moving from traditional RPA to agent-based automation. Designing and troubleshooting agent workflows requires a different mindset, and debugging can sometimes be challenging due to the dynamic nature of AI responses. The licensing cost may also be on the higher side for smaller teams. That said, most of these challenges are manageable with proper training and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative Automation with AI Decision Making"
4.5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

I like that UiPath Agentic Automation can manage processes needing both automation and decision-making, allowing AI agents to understand context and handle many decisions automatically. This reduces the need for complex rule-based workflows for every scenario, making automation more useful for daily tasks. I also appreciate how it works alongside existing UiPath Automations and reduces manual effort in tasks like request processing and document review. The ease of initial setup is another plus, especially for those already familiar with other UiPath products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

One area that could improve is visibility into why an agent made a particular decision. In some complex cases, it can take time to understand the reasoning and troubleshoot the outcome. I also feel the monitoring and reporting can be more detailed when multiple agents and automations are working together. I would like to see more detailed decision logs and easier tracing of agent actions step by step. It would also help if monitoring dashboards showed more information about why a task failed or why a particular decision was taken, especially when multiple agents are involved in the same processes. "Seamless No-Code Agent Creation at Jet Speed"
5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

The best feature I liked is that of creating Agents! It is very seamless and so well automates the whole process in a no code format. Helps create multiple agents very quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

The navigation panel can be little more user intuitive. When I was creating the Agent, my prompts were well received, understood and the Agent was created at jet speed. But I quite struggled to understand how to run and test the Agent. The chat interface said I need to open a Run ot test panel but I could not find it easily on the user interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to learn & User friendly RPA tool"
5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

The best part of UiPath is, it is very easy to learn and work on it and does not require any coding background. The UiPath Academy sessions keeps you curious and busy which helps in learning the next topic. The course content and practical samples helps anyone(whether from programming background or non programming background)easy to understand and gets hands on. UiPath Academy helps you become a RPA Developer with minimum/basic coding language. UiPath has activities for any and every task or process we do on daily basis. Designing a robot becomes very easy and smooth since the activities are well organized and less complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Nothing to dislike, only thing that needs to be taken care is the UiPath Studio is bit on heavier side, it is difficult to work on systems with min specifications. Sometimes it lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End‑to‑End Agentic Automation That Scales"
4/5
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

I particularly like the newer Agent Builder, which makes it much easier to create and deploy AI agents that can reason through multi-step business processes. The tighter integration between Agentic Automation, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining is also a big improvement, allowing agents to process unstructured documents and emails as part of end-to-end workflows. Another feature I've found valuable is the enhanced governance and observability, which provides better visibility into agent decisions, execution history, and performance, making AI-driven automations more reliable and easier to manage in production. What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Orchestrator governance at scale is heavy. AI Center’s MLOps is immature, cross‑tenant model promotion is manual, GPU scheduling coarse, cost attribution unclear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"UiPath Agentic Automation: Interactive Bots That Make Work Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

I recently used UiPath agent-based automation on one project, where the bot can communicate with the business user when user input is required, instead of simply continuing with purely rule-based automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

I can pass on this, because I don’t see any disadvantages to using agentic automation. It’s a super cool feature that UiPath has integrated into Studio for automation within Studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Scalable Agentic Automation Across the UiPath Ecosystem"
5/5
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

UiPath Agentic Automation stands out for its ability to combine traditional RPA with AI-driven decision-making, allowing automations to handle more complex, dynamic workflows. I especially like how it can orchestrate tasks across systems while adapting to changing inputs without constant reprogramming. The integration with AI models and the broader UiPath ecosystem (like Orchestrator and Studio) makes it powerful yet scalable. It significantly reduces manual intervention and enables more intelligent, end-to-end automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

One downside is the learning curve, especially for teams that are new to AI-driven automation concepts. Setting up agentic workflows and tuning them for optimal performance can require more expertise compared to traditional RPA. Additionally, debugging and monitoring can sometimes feel less transparent when AI-driven decisions are involved. Cost and infrastructure requirements may also be a concern for smaller teams or organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
