What do you like best about UI Bakery?

UI Bakery makes it incredibly fast to build and iterate on internal tools without sacrificing customization. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, but what really sets it apart is how easily you can drop into JavaScript to handle logic or transform data. Connecting to various APIs and databases was seamless, and the built-in RBAC makes it easy to manage different user roles. It's saved our team countless hours. What do you dislike about UI Bakery?

The learning curve can be a bit steep for teams unfamiliar with frontend concepts or JS-heavy workflows. Documentation is good but could be more exhaustive in edge cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UI Bakery solving and how is that benefiting you?

UI Bakery helps us rapidly build and iterate on internal tools that would otherwise require significant frontend engineering effort. It centralizes data access across multiple sources (SQL, REST APIs) and allows us to create role-based tools for operations, support, and data entry teams without writing and maintaining custom UIs. What do you like best about UI Bakery?

UI Bakery makes it very easy to quickly build and customize views. I really appreciated how intuitive the platform is - within a short time, I was able to create a polished interface and make minor tweaks to match my client's needs. It's great for rapidly prototyping and presenting ideas clearly.

Afterwards, I was able to provide the same views to my developer in order to make the implementation in our system.

There are a vast number of features available in order to fine-tune and customize the build in templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UI Bakery?

UI Bakery has a built in AI assistant which needs improvement. It is accurately able to understand my queries; however the responses tended to suggest impossible combinations of modules, leading to quite a bit of time being wasted when attempting to follow the AI-s steps.

I would like to see UI Bakery receive better tools for commenting and marking up, as this supports communication between teams and removes the need to use 3rd party apps to do mark-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI Bakery helps us bridge the gap between our clients’ increasingly specific needs and the limitations of traditional tools like Excel. When turning complex spreadsheets into usable applications, we need to focus heavily on UI and UX to deliver a significantly better experience. UI Bakery allows us to do just that—quickly transforming static data into interactive, user-friendly workflows, which helps us deliver real value and modern solutions to our clients.
