While the platform is strong overall, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The AI agent is useful but sometimes requires multiple prompts to get things right, which can use up credits quickly. On a few occasions, fixing one function ended up breaking another, which can be frustrating.

I’d also like to see better version control and more advanced debugging tools to make it easier to track changes. That said, I’ve noticed they are constantly improving the product, so I’m optimistic these issues will continue to get addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI Bakery is a solid, well-priced tool that allows our developers to quickly create new, professional applications while working against severe time constraints. The tool is easy to stage, provides an excellent variety of components for building sites, allows us to use our own JavaScript and Python libraries, allows for great version control and code organization, and it allows us to create our own modules that can be used on any application we create. With UI Bakery, we have been able to develop both internal and external (public) applications, the latter of which can support thousands of simultaneous users.

Because of the tool's ease-of-use combined with the support documentation they provide, we have not had to rely much on the UI Bakery support crew. However, given some of the cutting-edge features we have deployed, we have had the occasional need to reach out for personal assistance. UI Bakery's support staff always responds quickly (same day is typical), and they have always provided accurate, helpful insights to our requests. In short, the support is outstanding.
