"First and last route management solution we will ever need!"

What do you like best about ufleet.io?

Ufleet covers all our route planning and delivery management needs. We started using it almost 5 years ago to plan deliveries from our warehouses to shops, restaurants and partners’ warehouses. A couple of years later we used ufleet to power our grocery delivery business. The system is very flexible - it was set up to cover both workflows (B2B & B2C) and uses different features depending on the user that is logged in. The biggest upside is the 99.99% uptime and response time of the Ufleet team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ufleet.io?

What problems is ufleet.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Ufleet we optimize routes with a click of a button and from there everyone on the team is after her/his operational tasks. Warehouse workers load orders in reverse order of the stops. Drivers follow predefined routes and do not worry about addresses. We usually have more than one route per day per vehicle and we know in advance when a vehicle will be available for a second run. For our grocery delivery we have a streamlined process of customer notifications and customer feedback. Based on statistics for the last 5 years, Ufleet gives us the confidence that our plans are optimal but realistic and when things go off course we get notified beforehand via notifications or on the dashboard. What do you like best about ufleet.io?

Ufleet provides unified and centralized data repository for our delivery operations and greatly decreases the need of internal communication between the departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ufleet.io?

Evey time I work from home I have to VPN to the company network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ufleet.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We deliver bulky items from dozens of locations using our in-house fleet as well as the vehicles of logistics partners. With Ufleet we can now plan centrally and optimize the vehicle and warehouse resources. Apart from delivery to end customers, we also use Ufleet to organize routes between warehouses.

Since the implementation of Ufleet the calls between us (route planners), call center, and drivers are greatly reduced as everyone has access to Ufleet and all the necessary delivery information in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Flexible - algorithm can tackle any routing challenge from different angles.

- Route optimization >>> savind on mileage and driver time and overtime.

- Optimization takes seconds.

- Having the routes beforhand helps the people in the warehouse load the trucks in the right order and delivery sequence last-in-first-out (LIFO).

- Warehouse docks management and optimization - we have 3:1 docks to trucks so we time the loading process according to routes specifics

What do you like best about ufleet.io?

Super simple and user friendly interface. Drivers do not have to make complex decisions but just do their jobs and drive. The analytics module is very flexible, we do a lot of data mining and data analysis with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Organize deliveries from dozens of locations and optimize the routes for multiple transportation partners/subcontractors. Transforming addresses to pins on the map works every time. Very easy to board a first time driver with the help of the mobile

We use a dozen transportation logistics partners which we manage with Ufleet - from optimizing the routes and tracking the route execution, up to monthly evaluation of delivery quality and overall performance based on predefined KPI’s. With Ufleet we can benchmark driver to driver or company to company and ask them to adjust when underperforming thus staying on top of costs and maintaining a solid level of service quality.
