"Vast, Up-to-Date Course Library That Helps Teams Build Real-World Skills"
5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business stands out for its massive and diverse course library covering technology, leadership, analytics, and soft skills. The content is regularly updated, making it relevant to fast-changing industries. I like the flexibility of self-paced learning, which allows teams to upskill without disrupting daily work. The platform supports continuous learning, helps close skill gaps quickly, and makes professional development accessible for learners at different experience levels. What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Despite its strengths, the quality of courses on Udemy Business can be inconsistent because content comes from many instructors. Some courses lack depth, feel repetitive, or become outdated over time. Finding highly specialized or advanced, role-specific content often requires extra searching and filtering. In a few cases, learning paths could be more structured to better guide users from beginner to advanced levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Udemy Business could use more AI. I want more trainings with AI since everything is moving that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Learning Platform for Technical Skills Development"

What do you like best about Udemy Business?

We have been using Reprise License Manager for the past year. It allows us to easily share a pool of licenses across our network for the software we use. The pay-as-you-go model is a major benefit, as it ensures we only pay for what we actually consume. Additionally, our IT managers can effortlessly track software usage and identify active users through the intuitive interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

I enjoy the quality of the material, though there are a few improvement areas. The pricing slightly leans towards being higher against some competition, and I find it annoying that we need to purchase some courses even though it is a business account. Moreover, I find there are very few Hands-On ‘Labs'. We, in technical roles, would require these coding labs to be incorporated to enable scenario-based learning themselves. "Extensive Training and Effective Support, but Limited Flexibility in Content"

What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I like the availability of a wide catalog on Udemy Business that is constantly updated. This ensures that there is always a course with a specific format for each person. I also like the variety among the instructors, as not all of them fit different learning styles, and having so many different instructors means that you can always find a course that suits our collaborators well. I greatly appreciate the diversity of content that Udemy Business offers, especially in the technical field, something that other learning partners do not provide with such depth. Additionally, I particularly value that Udemy Business includes options for real-world practice and development environments, which is very beneficial for us. The quality of the instructors is another reason why I recommend the platform, and the support received from our contact person is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Well, the only aspect I consider doesn't work so well is that on many occasions our collaborators find courses on Udemy that are not within Business, and when we request that they be included in the Business package, we have been denied despite these being courses that are indeed on the Udemy platform, have good ratings, and have quite a few views. The reason these courses are denied to us is due to quality review issues, and I would like there to be more agility in the review of courses we have requested and that could be included in the business catalog. "High-Quality Content & Easy Setup, But Needs Smaller Chunks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I like the options provided by Udemy Business. Through the course catalog, it offers lots of different perspectives and various ways to approach content and topics. I appreciate that it offers content in various languages, and the courses and materials generally are of very high quality. The initial setup was really quite easy. We set it up with single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID, and even when we had to change the single sign-on option to a different SAML approach, Udemy was great in helping us make those transitions. What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

In the past, part of the challenge with Udemy Business has been that much of the content, many of the courses, are quite large. People don't necessarily have the time to go through long courses. Having the ability to disaggregate the content or have smaller content chunks that people can go through more quickly and easily would be valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Udemy Business?

The catalog stays broad yet purposeful, and the interface makes it quick to search, start, and track learning without getting lost in navigation friction.

On mobile, streaming, playback controls, quizzes, and offline downloads make it easy to use small time windows.

Enterprise features such as SAML SSO with just in time user creation and group mapping, plus SCIM for lifecycle automation, keep access seamless and aligned to directory truth.

Pro’s labs, workspaces, and in course or project based challenges turn theory into hands on skill in safe sandboxes, which is crucial for technical roless.

For global teams, the Multi Language Collections add localized courses from native speaking instructors to improve relevance and engagement across regions . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

So far, there is nothing negative to report or anything that I dislike. All is smooth and works good. The experience has been consistently positive, without any noticeable issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Practical Learning with Fresh Content—Some Room for Instructor and Lab Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Immediate, targeted learning. When a ticket says “migrate UI tests to Playwright” or “add Appium to mobile CI,” I can find a credible course, watch 2–3 focused modules over lunch, and ship the first PR the same day. Paths bundle the basics -> advanced in a sane order so I don’t doomscroll YouTube.

Hands-on practice, not just videos. The quizzes, practice tests, and project-style exercises help me lock in concepts (e.g., mocking network calls, flaky-test triage patterns, API contract testing). I finish a module and can immediately paste patterns into our codebase.

Content freshness and breadth. The library updates fast when tools shift, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, k6/JMeter, Docker/K8s, AWS primitives, even soft skills like test strategy. It’s rare that I can’t find at least one up-to-date course.

Good for teams, not just me. With learning paths and groups, we align on a baseline: “Watch sections 1–6 by Friday, take the quiz; pair on a spike.” The admin analytics show completion and quiz results, so leads know where to invest coaching time.

SSO and app UX. Sign in with Okta takes seconds, mobile app supports offline, and playback speed + transcripts make it easy to fit around standups and on-calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

There are excellent instructors and a few… less excellent. It takes a couple of reviews to spot the right one.

Search can be noisy. You sometimes get five versions of the same topic; filters help, but curation could be tighter.

Hands-on labs aren’t universal. Not every course includes real projects or sandboxes, so you still need to build your own mini lab now and then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
