What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business offers a broad library of high-quality courses that makes it easy to learn new skills in one place. The platform is intuitive, performs reliably, and allows us to access content from industry experts across a wide range of technical and business topics. It has been a cost-effective way to support continuous learning, and the flexibility to learn at your own pace makes it easy to fit training into a busy schedule. What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

While the platform offers a great selection of courses, the quality can vary depending on the instructor, so it sometimes takes time to find the best content. I would also like to see more structured learning paths for advanced topics and deeper progress tracking for long-term skill development. Overall, the platform is reliable and provides good value for continuous learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives access to extensive course library related compliance, data analysis and personal development. We can learn courses at our own pace and time. Its a cost effective solution in compare to external training or workshop.Learning pathway is well structured starting from beginner upto advanced level. What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Some courses are low quality and feel quite outdated. These courses add little value to professional or personal growth and need to be updated regularly. In-depth, field-specific courses—such as those related to the pharma industry—are limited. The large course catalog can also be overwhelming and, at times, confusing. "Amazing UI, Fast Access, and Great On-the-Go Learning with Udemy for Business"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Amazing UI, ease of access, fast, AI support, fairly priced courses, support from the course organisers, and the way our organisation has suggested and integrated the courses for the staff using this brilliant platform. Udemy for business has also made it easy to let us learn on the go using the mobile application support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Even though Udemy Business has a large library of content and courses, there are a lot of subjects and areas which can be improved. For example, there are not many expert courses and hands on trainings that are provided over here. It somehow tends to be a bit more generic. We have some specific courses, but they also don't provide in-depth knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Udemy Business: Diverse Courses and Helpful Quizzes for PMP"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I love the diverse library of courses on Udemy Business! It helped me immensely with achieving my PMP certificate, and continues to provide great education for me to grow my program management skills.

The quizzes and mock tests within courses are very helpful to test my knowledge. I also like that I can revisit a course at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

The quality of courses is not consistent across presenters and topics. I find great value in some courses, and close to zero in other courses. I find that some presenters fill their courses with a lot of 'fluff' to make it seem like there is a lot of information to learn. I also think some courses lack explanations for real-world applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Learning Platform and Engaging Courses for Corporate Training"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business at my firm provides a strong repository of courses across a wide range of topics, and I’ve found many of them to be relevant for corporate workers and professionals. I’ve also found the firm-specific learning courses especially helpful for upskilling in the areas that are essential for my work. In addition, Udemy Business gives me options across most of the learning categories I relate to for my development.

One feature I really like is the “Schedule Learning Time” feature, which lets me set aside time each week as a learning goal. I’ve found this super useful for comparing my weekly learning goals with my learning progress, and it helps keep me motivated. I also like that Udemy helps me keep track of the trainings I’m currently pursuing and makes it easy to jump back in where I left off, so I can complete them without hassle. What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business customer service has not entirely met my expectations. In my multiple experiences, I have found that it can often be difficult to reach a real person who can help resolve issues, especially in triggering course completion on the Udemy Platform. This is especially relevant for modules that are linked to office-mandated trainings. These official trainings need to be completed within stipulated deadlines and the lack of accessible human support and the slow response times sometimes mean I’m unable to complete the required trainings on time, which can be an uncomfortable conversation. What do you like best about Udemy Business?

How there are courses catering to business needs and blended learning concept. I like how videos are scenario based and lessons are well structured to teach. I like that even each course caters various aspects to each of us. I also like how they are fast paced, slow paced as per people demands. Overall easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business certificates demonstrate commitment to professional development, they generally do not carry the same industry recognition as certifications from established professional organizations or technology vendors. As a result, learners may still need to pursue additional certifications or hands-on experience to strengthen their credentials. Overall, Udemy Business is a valuable learning platform, but improvements in course consistency, practical learning experiences, assessments, and content updates would further enhance its effectiveness. "Diverse Courses with Flexible Learning Options, Slight Overload of Choices"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I use Udemy Business to develop my skills in operations roles, including people management and team building. I find it helpful for learning different software like Advanced Excel and Power BI, and it has also helped me develop interpersonal skills that aid my growth in my current organization. I like the high-quality courses and the flexibility to learn at my own pace. The courses are practical, making them easy to understand, and as a working professional with a busy schedule, I appreciate being able to take classes at night or whenever I have free time. We switched to Udemy because it offers a variety of job-focused courses, and the initial setup was easy, with our manager helping us get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

"Flexible Learning and Impressive Course Variety Make This App a Standout"
5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

What I appreciate most is the flexibility the app gives me. I can study late at night or fit in a quick lesson during a short break, and it always lets me continue right where I left off. That convenience makes it much easier to stay consistent without needing to block out large chunks of time.

The course library is also impressive; I still get surprised by how many niche topics are available. I really like that lessons are broken into short, manageable video segments, so the content feels less overwhelming and I can still finish something useful in 10–15 minutes. Search and filter work well too, so finding the right course is usually quick. Since my team has access as well, we can recommend courses to each other and learn together, which makes upskilling much easier than relying only on long, formal training sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

There’s a noticeable inconsistency in course quality. Some courses are excellent, but others feel outdated or too basic, so I often end up spending extra time figuring out which ones are actually worth taking. I also run into a lot of duplicate courses on the same topics, which can make choosing the right one more confusing than it should be.

The reporting and dashboard features could be stronger too, especially for teams that need more detailed progress tracking. Customer support is generally fine, but response times can be slow at times. None of these are deal-breakers, but they’re definitely areas where the platform could improve. "Huge Course Variety with Smart Recommendations and Scheduled Learning"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

The vast amount of courses and certification available on Udemy is huge and it covers diverse fields and even technical and non-technical areas. It has amazing features like recommending courses depending on your jobtitle, schedule learning time feature which can be a huge contributor in finishing the courses you enroll in because it adds a feeling of commitment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

While Udemy Business offers a wide range of courses, there are several aspects I dislike. Course quality is inconsistent, and it often feels like quantity is prioritized over depth or practical relevance. Finding truly advanced or role‑specific content can be difficult. The learning paths are not well curated, so it takes extra effort to identify what is actually useful. Additionally, some courses feel outdated, and progress tracking and recommendations could be much smarter and more personalized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Learning with User-Friendly Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I really appreciate the user-friendly and intuitive interface of Udemy Business. It feels like a convenient ecommerce platform, making it easy to add courses to a cart and enroll in them, just like shopping on Amazon. This ease of use makes learning interesting and straightforward. The platform also provides a wide range of course catalogs, helping me enhance my skills and plan for future goals, which is valuable for my job role and performance evaluations. The SSO type login for accessing the platform is also straightforward, integrating seamlessly with our organization portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

I don't see any new big creators or instructors signing up on Udemy Business. There are only a few from the past, and I remember them from my college times. There seems to be a lack of promoting big instructors or establishing a strong instructor-level connection on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
