**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noorain F. | Officer, Biotechnology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

It gives access to extensive course library related compliance, data analysis and personal development. We can learn courses at our own pace and time. Its a cost effective solution in compare to external training or workshop.Learning pathway is well structured starting from beginner upto advanced level.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Some courses are low quality and feel quite outdated. These courses add little value to professional or personal growth and need to be updated regularly. In-depth, field-specific courses—such as those related to the pharma industry—are limited. The large course catalog can also be overwhelming and, at times, confusing.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with continuous learning and upskilling team members through its courses. We can learn about evolving processes and compliance at our own pace and on our own schedule. It also saves money because it’s a cost-effective solution compared with external training and workshops. It’s easy to track progress and it helps ensure training is completed on time.

  ### 2. Udemy Business: Diverse Courses and Helpful Quizzes for PMP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I love the diverse library of courses on Udemy Business! It helped me immensely with achieving my PMP certificate, and continues to provide great education for me to grow my program management skills.
The quizzes and mock tests within courses are very helpful to test my knowledge. I also like that I can revisit a course at any time.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

The quality of courses is not consistent across presenters and topics. I find great value in some courses, and close to zero in other courses. I find that some presenters fill their courses with a lot of 'fluff' to make it seem like there is a lot of information to learn. I also think some courses lack explanations for real-world applications.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business gives me easy access to online courses without the pain of researching/vetting them, completing applications and course registrations, and managing individual reimbursements for each course. It saves me a lot of time, so I can spend more time on learning skills and completing my courses.

  ### 3. Great Learning Platform and Engaging Courses for Corporate Training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagar J. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business at my firm provides a strong repository of courses across a wide range of topics, and I’ve found many of them to be relevant for corporate workers and professionals. I’ve also found the firm-specific learning courses especially helpful for upskilling in the areas that are essential for my work. In addition, Udemy Business gives me options across most of the learning categories I relate to for my development.

One feature I really like is the “Schedule Learning Time” feature, which lets me set aside time each week as a learning goal. I’ve found this super useful for comparing my weekly learning goals with my learning progress, and it helps keep me motivated. I also like that Udemy helps me keep track of the trainings I’m currently pursuing and makes it easy to jump back in where I left off, so I can complete them without hassle.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business customer service has not entirely met my expectations. In my multiple experiences, I have found that it can often be difficult to reach a real person who can help resolve issues, especially in triggering course completion on the Udemy Platform. This is especially relevant for modules that are linked to office-mandated trainings. These official trainings need to be completed within stipulated deadlines and the lack of accessible human support and the slow response times sometimes mean I’m unable to complete the required trainings on time, which can be an uncomfortable conversation.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business has a great platform for learning that’s super intuitive for employees like me to navigate and use to pursue our learning journey. All the features that it offers lie Schedule learning time help keep me motivated to stay consistent with my learning journey and stay on track on my earning goals for each quarter. Udemy Business is also very useful for our firm, since they can easily link official modules to Udemy trainings so that each employee's course completion can be tracked by the firm smoothly. The courses offered on the platform are high-quality, relevant, engaging and immersive. I also really like the fact that I can complete my courses and trainings at my convenience because they’re mostly recorded.

  ### 4. Learning and development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akansha M. | Learning and Development Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

How there are courses catering to business needs and blended learning concept. I like how videos are scenario based and lessons are well structured to teach. I like that even each course caters various aspects to each of us. I also like how they are fast paced, slow paced as per people demands. Overall easy

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business certificates demonstrate commitment to professional development, they generally do not carry the same industry recognition as certifications from established professional organizations or technology vendors. As a result, learners may still need to pursue additional certifications or hands-on experience to strengthen their credentials. Overall, Udemy Business is a valuable learning platform, but improvements in course consistency, practical learning experiences, assessments, and content updates would further enhance its effectiveness.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

significant benefit is the affordability and variety of content. Instead of purchasing individual courses from different providers, I can explore multiple topics under one subscription. This has helped me stay current with industry trends, improve my teaching materials, and develop new skills that enhance my effectiveness in both academic and professional settings. Overall, Udemy Business has made continuous learning more accessible, flexible, and practical for my career growth.

  ### 5. Diverse Courses with Flexible Learning Options, Slight Overload of Choices

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish J. | Operations Associate, Environmental Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I use Udemy Business to develop my skills in operations roles, including people management and team building. I find it helpful for learning different software like Advanced Excel and Power BI, and it has also helped me develop interpersonal skills that aid my growth in my current organization. I like the high-quality courses and the flexibility to learn at my own pace. The courses are practical, making them easy to understand, and as a working professional with a busy schedule, I appreciate being able to take classes at night or whenever I have free time. We switched to Udemy because it offers a variety of job-focused courses, and the initial setup was easy, with our manager helping us get started.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

There are plenty of courses on the same topic which makes it difficult to choose.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Udemy Business to develop skills in operations roles like people management and team building. It helped me learn advanced software and develop interpersonal skills, contributing to my growth in the organization.

  ### 6. Flexible Learning and Impressive Course Variety Make This App a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sree K. | Software Engineer II in Test, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

What I appreciate most is the flexibility the app gives me. I can study late at night or fit in a quick lesson during a short break, and it always lets me continue right where I left off. That convenience makes it much easier to stay consistent without needing to block out large chunks of time.
The course library is also impressive; I still get surprised by how many niche topics are available. I really like that lessons are broken into short, manageable video segments, so the content feels less overwhelming and I can still finish something useful in 10–15 minutes. Search and filter work well too, so finding the right course is usually quick. Since my team has access as well, we can recommend courses to each other and learn together, which makes upskilling much easier than relying only on long, formal training sessions.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

There’s a noticeable inconsistency in course quality. Some courses are excellent, but others feel outdated or too basic, so I often end up spending extra time figuring out which ones are actually worth taking. I also run into a lot of duplicate courses on the same topics, which can make choosing the right one more confusing than it should be.
The reporting and dashboard features could be stronger too, especially for teams that need more detailed progress tracking. Customer support is generally fine, but response times can be slow at times. None of these are deal-breakers, but they’re definitely areas where the platform could improve.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform is especially useful for quickly upskilling without having to wait for formal training sessions or lengthy courses, which has genuinely benefited my daily work. Whenever I encounter difficulties with a tool or want to pick up a new skill, I can simply search and start a lesson right away, saving me the time I would otherwise spend searching online. It also streamlines the process for our entire team to stay current with new technologies, since we all learn from the same resource. Personally, it has helped me close knowledge gaps more efficiently and boosted my confidence when taking on new tasks at work. Additionally, it gives me reassurance in areas where I have practical experience but lack in-depth technical or theoretical understanding.

  ### 7. Huge Course Variety with Smart Recommendations and Scheduled Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

The vast amount of courses and certification available on Udemy is huge and it covers diverse fields and even technical and non-technical areas. It has amazing features like recommending courses depending on your jobtitle, schedule learning time feature which can be a huge contributor in finishing the courses you enroll in because it adds a feeling of commitment.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

While Udemy Business offers a wide range of courses, there are several aspects I dislike. Course quality is inconsistent, and it often feels like quantity is prioritized over depth or practical relevance. Finding truly advanced or role‑specific content can be difficult. The learning paths are not well curated, so it takes extra effort to identify what is actually useful. Additionally, some courses feel outdated, and progress tracking and recommendations could be much smarter and more personalized.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves the problem of fragmented learning by providing a single platform with on‑demand access to courses across technology, business, and soft skills. It benefits me by enabling self‑paced learning that fits around work commitments, allowing me to quickly upskill when a specific need arises. Instead of relying only on formal training, I can immediately access relevant content to fill knowledge gaps, stay updated with industry trends, and improve practical skills that directly support my day‑to‑day work.

  ### 8. Great Learning Platform and Knowledge Organization tool

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Complicated tasks are visualized so they are easy to keep track of.
I struggle with keeping all the parts in one place, and UB helps me by creating a visual landscape that makes managing many parts easy.
Drag and drop interface is very easy to use and intuitive.
I find it that my coleagues are better at navigating tasks too because they can see the solutions easy

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

some courses are better than others.
I find that specific niches are not covered as well as they could be.sometimes outdated information is presented as fact, when a quick research shows that newer practices are a better match for the busineess situation
sometimes it is hard to find exactly what i need

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

udemy business helps solve the problem where one colleague knows one thing, another knows something else.. and it is hard t oconect those specific knowledges.
It helps leadership streamline what should be developed in team members, and to see which skills are a priority and what can be learned from one another

  ### 9. Intuitive, User-Friendly Platform That Saves Training Time and Builds Skills

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

One of the biggest advantages for us has been how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Employees were able to jump in and start learning right away without needing much guidance, which made rollout across our team much smoother than we expected. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so people spend their time actually learning rather than trying to figure out how the platform works.

This ease of use translated directly into time savings on employee training. Instead of coordinating in-person sessions or building out training materials from scratch, we could point employees to relevant courses and let them learn at their own pace. That freed up a lot of hours for our team that used to go into organizing training.

Beyond the time savings, we've also seen a real improvement in employee skills. People have been able to pick up new capabilities relevant to their roles, and it's been encouraging to see them apply what they learned on the job.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Pricing has been one of our main pain points. As our team has grown, the cost of maintaining licenses for everyone has added up more than we initially expected, and it hasn't always felt proportional to the value we get out of it, especially for departments that use the platform less frequently. More flexible pricing tiers based on usage would be a welcome improvement.

Support response times have also been slower than we'd like. When we've run into issues or had questions, it sometimes took longer than expected to get a resolution, which was frustrating when we needed a quick turnaround. Faster response times, or a more robust self-service help center, would go a long way in addressing this.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Udemy Business, one of our biggest challenges was populating our LMS (TalentLMS) with courses that were actually relevant to our employees' roles, rather than generic content that didn't move the needle. The integration between Udemy Business and TalentLMS has been superb, making it easy to pull in high-quality, applicable courses without a lot of manual work on our end.

This has saved us a significant amount of time that we used to spend coming up with training content from scratch. Instead of our team building out courses internally, we can rely on Udemy Business's library to fill that gap quickly and effectively.

The AI-powered features have also been a nice surprise, helping us plan out career growth paths for employees. It's given us a clearer way to map out where people can go next in their careers and what skills they need to get there, which has made our overall talent development strategy more structured.

  ### 10. The Ultimate Learning Platform with Unmatched Course Variety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh K. | Application Development Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I love that I can grab any course for free with my Udemy Business subscription. It's great for fine-tuning my learning based on my Cloud and DevOps experience. I find the rating and reviews feature really useful as it gives me an insight into the course before I commit fully. The ability to download the Udemy Business app on my mobile and sync my progress across all devices is incredibly convenient. I also appreciate being able to download valuable resources and communicate directly with instructors to resolve any queries.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

I don’t see any disadvantages. You can get any course you want for free!! In fact, the company covers the entire cost, so you don’t have to pay a single dime to buy a course. It’s a very good platform for learning new courses and picking up new skills. Overall, I can’t really find any cons.

I’m not sure of any major drawbacks, because I honestly couldn’t find any.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business gives me access to a vast range of free content and courses. It helps me identify the right courses based on my DevOps experience, and it also allows me to practice and prepare for certifications. I also like the convenience of syncing my progress across devices; for example, I can watch on mobile for better portability and then immediately pick up where I left off on my laptop or desktop.

  ### 11. A Flexible and Practical Learning Platform for Professional Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I like Udemy Business because it provides access to a vast library of high-quality courses that cover a wide range of professional and personal development topics. The platform allows me to learn at my own pace, which makes it easy to fit training into my daily schedule without disrupting my work. I appreciate that the courses are created by experienced instructors who share practical knowledge and real-world examples, making the learning experience engaging and immediately applicable. Whether I want to improve my leadership skills, strengthen my communication, learn new software, or deepen my understanding of business, sales, or technology, I can always find relevant and up-to-date content. Another feature I value is the ability to revisit lessons whenever I need a refresher, helping me reinforce what I've learned over time. The structured learning paths and course recommendations also make it easier to stay focused on my career goals and continuously build new skills. I enjoy the flexibility of accessing courses from different devices, allowing me to learn whether I'm at home, in the office, or traveling. Overall, Udemy Business supports continuous learning in a convenient, practical, and motivating way, making it an excellent resource for both individual growth and professional development. It encourages a mindset of lifelong learning, helping me stay competitive in a constantly evolving job market while giving me the confidence to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

One aspect I dislike about Udemy Business is that the quality of courses can vary depending on the instructor. While many courses are excellent, some feel outdated or don't go into enough depth for advanced learners. It can also be difficult to choose the best course when there are several covering the same topic. In addition, I would appreciate more interactive features, such as live sessions, hands-on projects, or direct feedback from instructors to make the learning experience even more engaging. Better personalization and more consistent updates to older courses would also improve the platform. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and they don't outweigh the value that Udemy Business provides for professional development.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves the challenge of keeping professional skills up to date in a fast-changing work environment. Instead of spending significant time and money attending in-person training or searching for reliable learning resources, I have access to thousands of courses in one place. This allows me to quickly learn new skills, refresh existing knowledge, and stay current with industry trends whenever I need to.

The platform also addresses the problem of inflexible learning. Since the courses are available on demand, I can study at my own pace and fit learning around my work schedule, making it much easier to maintain a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal development. Another major benefit is the variety of topics available, from business and leadership to technology, marketing, sales, and data analysis. This makes it easy to explore new areas or deepen expertise in my current role without needing multiple learning platforms.

For me, Udemy Business has been valuable because it supports continuous improvement and career growth. It helps me become more productive, confident, and adaptable by giving me practical knowledge that I can apply directly in my work. Rather than learning only for certifications, I can focus on developing real-world skills that improve my performance, prepare me for new opportunities, and keep me competitive in an evolving job market.

  ### 12. A Flexible Learning Platform for Continuous Skill Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharamveer p. | Application Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

What I like best about Udemy Business is the breadth and quality of its course library. It covers a wide range of technical, business, and soft skills, which makes it useful for different roles within a team. The content is practical and updated regularly, so learning feels relevant rather than theoretical. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers—employees can learn at their own pace while managers still get visibility into progress and skill development.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

What I dislike about Udemy Business is that course quality can sometimes be inconsistent since it depends on individual instructors. While there are many excellent courses, a few feel outdated or less in-depth than expected. Also, finding the right course can take time because of the large catalog, and better filtering or recommendations would make discovery easier.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves the problem of scaling learning and skill development across teams without needing separate training programs for every role. It gives easy access to a large library of on-demand courses, which helps employees upskill quickly based on real work needs. This reduces training costs, saves time, and allows teams to continuously learn at their own pace while staying aligned with business goals.

  ### 13. Learning in a practical way that meets actual work requirements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabri S. | trainer, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business is unique in that it emphasizes skills that are applicable to the workplace rather than just academic material. Learning feels practical and inspiring because the courses are simple to follow and made to be used right away at work. I can select classes that closely relate to my current responsibilities, learn at my own pace, and go over material again when necessary.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

The variance in course quality is the primary disadvantage. Some courses feel very polished, while others feel less structured or out of date because the content is created by different instructors. Finding the best course among a number of similar options can take some time. n addition, some courses would benefit from more hands-on exercises or stronger assessments to better measure learning progress.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing current, scalable, and reasonably priced professional training without the limitations of traditional classroom instruction is made possible by Udemy Business. It enables me to swiftly fill in skill gaps, adjust to new technologies, and consistently enhance my competencies in a flexible and economical manner.

I can quickly find courses that are directly relevant to my role—whether I’m focusing on technical skills or soft skills—and move through them at my own pace. Overall, it’s especially useful for ongoing skill development without getting in the way of my regular work.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

One thing I dislike about Udemy Business is that the quality of courses can vary depending on the instructor. While many courses are excellent, some feel a bit outdated or not deep enough for advanced users. Also, it can sometimes take time to find the most relevant course among so many options, especially when you’re looking for very specific or advanced topics.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves the problem of keeping skills up to date in a fast-changing work environment. It also supports continuous learning without affecting daily productivity, which directly benefits my performance and growth.

Overall, it feels like a wel-curated learning environment designed for continuous growth.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

What i dislike about Udemy Business is that sometimes it can be difficult to find the most relevant course quickly because there are many options available on the same topic. A better filtering or recommendation system based on skill level and learning goals would make the experience even smoother. Also, a few courses could benefit from more frequent updates to stay aligned with the latest tools and industry practices. other than that, the platform works well overall

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy business solves the problem of finding reliable, job-relevant learning material in one place without having to search across multiple platforms. Instead of spending time deciding which course is worth taking, I get access to a curated library that focuses on practical, in-demand skills.

Udemy for Business offers a vast and constantly updated course library covering both technical and soft skills. I particularly like the role-based learning paths, which make it easy to upskill in areas like cloud, programming, and leadership. The ability to learn at your own pace, combined with mobile access, helps balance learning alongside daily work. The platform is intuitive, and the content quality is generally high since courses are curated specifically for business use.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

While the course library is extensive, the quality can vary between instructors, and some courses feel longer than necessary. ### 18. Udemy Business + Daily Learning Habit = ultimate Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MERUGU S. | Employee, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I love Udemy Business because it feels like a digital library where I can systematically learn things I don't know. It allows me to track my progress based on the content I've completed, and it's easy to revisit lessons for repeated learning. Opening Udemy Business has become a daily habit for me, helping me learn something new every day.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

The main issue I have with Udemy Business is that it doesn't remind users to complete their daily goals. I can only see my goal when I log into my Udemy Business account, and after that, it's easy to forget whether I've accessed it that day or not. I think Udemy Business should send daily notifications to users about any pending learning tasks and similar reminders.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a regular account, I have to buy each course I want, but with Udemy Business, I can simply enroll in any course without making separate purchases and start learning right away. The platform is very user-friendly, making it easy for me to pick up new skills that I missed out on during my college years. It also helps me discover courses that match my interests.

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Tutored content on new technologies to help me upskill for the workforce. The best part is the labs, which guide the user step by step and include clear explanations along the way. When I’m using my work laptop, I can sign in with SSO. There are also dedicated iOS and Android apps for offline viewing. It also has the Udemy AI Assistant for personalized support.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Limited customization at the Org level. Other than the URL, I don't see my company logo which is providing me the UDemy business Pro licences. Some courses are not updated regularly. This is a must in the ever changing technology landscape. Some of the hands on lab are limited to 14 days use and after that the lab is deleted. Personally I feel this is short duration for the practice labs

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier for technology upskilling our company used to reach out to vendors for tailored content. There were few drawbacks with the live content such as the timezone(Our team works on different timezones) and aligning to each resource timezone is a difficult .
Second is Lab environment. It is difficult in live sessions to get the lab env setup and make it up and running. This is walk in the park while using Udemy business Pro.

Lifetime access to courses with mobile learning to have practical application. We can be ultimate beginner and excel in an area using Udemy.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

In some courses the accent of the instructor is very hard to understand. Certificate may not be valid always. Some courses are excellent some are very poorly structured because anyone can be the instructor in Udemy. Prices vary on when we login on different computers. Too many courses makes a very difficult decision making.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can learn the courses that our work profile demands in a very less time provided we land up in the hands of a very good instructor. And Udemy is on the go learning platform. Work demand certifications can be done without paying huge fees to the private instructors. We can refer to the material as our work profile grows overtime.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Berke K. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business is a popular corporate learning platform that gives companies access to thousands of on-demand courses across technical, professional, and soft-skill areas. Its biggest strength is the breadth of content: teams can learn everything from data analytics and programming to leadership, project management, and communication. The platform is easy to navigate, with personalized learning paths and recommendations that help employees develop skills aligned with their roles and goals. Companies also benefit from robust analytics that track engagement, progress, and skill development across teams, making it easier for managers to measure learning impact.
Another advantage is the continuous content updates from real-world practitioners, ensuring training stays relevant. However, the vast catalog can feel overwhelming, and course quality varies since content is created by independent instructors. Overall, Udemy Business is a flexible, cost-effective solution for organizations looking to scale learning and development without heavy infrastructure or rigid training programs.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Course quality varies too much, the catalog feels overwhelming, and some content becomes outdated quickly, making consistent learning difficult. This makes it difficult to learn

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves several key problems that many organizations face with employee learning and development. First, it eliminates the need for expensive, inflexible in-person training by offering a large, on-demand library that employees can access anytime. This makes learning much more scalable and cost-effective. It also solves the challenge of keeping skills up to date—new courses are added regularly, so teams can learn emerging tools and trends without delay.
Another major problem it solves is the difficulty of personalizing training. With curated learning paths, analytics, and role-based recommendations, employees can develop skills that are directly relevant to their jobs. This boosts engagement and speeds up skill adoption.

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

In addition to my previous comment i have noticed that Udemy has been continuously updating its catalog with courses that match current market needs specially around Agentic AI. Anyone can easily find Agentic AI courses tailored for different cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and Gemini which gives learner flexibility to choose based on their skills. Udemy also offers variety of certification focused courses that helps learners to prepare confidently for professional exams.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Some of the courses are not available with Udemy Business which are available with Normal Udemy account. I raised this issue upon which the udemy support team told me that they publish only those training which has >4.4 rating with atleast 25 reviews. I think access to those courses can be given on demand basis .

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As professionals in the Data Scientist field, it's crucial to continually enhance our skills with emerging technologies. Udemy Business offers a platform where we can access the latest advancements in technologies such as Generative AI, LLM, and more, enabling us to stay updated and competitive in the industry.

  ### 24. Flexible, Practical Learning—But Course Quality Can Be Uneven

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

We can learn anytime, anywhere, without pressure. The course library is wide, covering both technical skills and soft skills, which makes it useful for different roles in a company. The video format is easy to follow, and most courses are practical rather than just theory. It also helps that you can pause, revisit, and learn at your own speed.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

One downside is that not all courses are at the same quality level. Some are excellent, while others feel basic or outdated. It takes a bit of time to find the best courses. Also, I feel it would be better if there were more structured learning paths or guided programs instead of choosing everything on your own.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in continuous learning without needing expensive external training. I can quickly pick up new skills when required for work, which improves productivity and confidence. It’s especially helpful when trying to stay updated in a fast-changing work environment. The video format is easy to follow, and most courses are practical rather than just theory.

I find many courses that I can easily filter based on my needs like duration and keywords, which is really helpful. I like that before enrolling, I can see the entire course schedule to decide if a course is necessary for me. I love the course descriptions with detailed indexes and feedback. The ability to control video speed is very beneficial, as it allows me to adjust the pace to match the trainer's speed. I'm very happy with it for upskilling and keeping updated in my field.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

I very much amazed by using Udemy, I don't fell any more changes needed for the tool.
It helped me a lot to gain knowledge and improve skills.
But sometimes I find network issues when internet is proper, video occurs blur and need to be verified the video clarity.
When comparing with other tools Udemy is very much better.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Udemy Business to upskil and stay updated in tech. It offers many courses with filters for duration and content, previews ensure I choose wisely. It helps with work and skill growth. Video speed control aids understanding.

  ### 26. Great Platform for Team and Individual Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yesy S. | Freelance Data Entry Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I like how flexible Udemy is. I can learn anytime and anywhere, and there are courses for almost everything. The frequent discounts also make the courses very affordable. Udemy is a great learning platform with a wide variety of courses. It’s easy to use and very helpful for improving skills at your own pace. I’ve learned a lot from different instructors, especially for practical and job-related skills.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

One thing I dislike about Udemy is that the quality of courses can vary a lot depending on the instructor. Some courses are excellent, very detailed, and up-to-date, while others feel outdated or a bit rushed. It can take some time to find the right course that really matches your needs. Another thing is that, while there’s a huge library, the search and filtering options could be better — sometimes it’s hard to quickly find the most relevant courses. Lastly, even though courses are affordable, you sometimes need to wait for discounts to get a really good price, which can be a little frustrating.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves the problem of providing flexible and accessible learning for teams or individuals. Before using it, upskilling often required scheduling in-person training or finding scattered online resources, which could be time-consuming and inconsistent. With Udemy Business, all the courses and learning paths are in one place, making it easy to find relevant skills and learn at your own pace.

For me personally (or for our team), this is really beneficial because it allows continuous learning without disrupting daily work. I can pick courses that fit my specific needs, improve skills that are directly relevant to my job, and track my progress over time. It also helps with professional growth and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Overall, it saves time, keeps learning organized, and makes skill development much more practical and measurable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna J. | Quality Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business stands out for its massive and diverse course library covering technology, leadership, analytics, and soft skills. The content is regularly updated, making it relevant to fast-changing industries. I like the flexibility of self-paced learning, which allows teams to upskill without disrupting daily work. The platform supports continuous learning, helps close skill gaps quickly, and makes professional development accessible for learners at different experience levels.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Despite its strengths, the quality of courses on Udemy Business can be inconsistent because content comes from many instructors. Some courses lack depth, feel repetitive, or become outdated over time. Finding highly specialized or advanced, role-specific content often requires extra searching and filtering. In a few cases, learning paths could be more structured to better guide users from beginner to advanced levels.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves skill gaps and limited training resources by providing a broad, accessible library of courses teams can take on their own schedule. It helps improve employee skills faster, supports continuous learning, and boosts productivity by making practical, up-to-date training easy to access—so teams stay current and capable without relying solely on internal training programs.

  ### 29. The Best Learning Platform for Technical Skills Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AKHIL K. | Test Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

We have been using Reprise License Manager for the past year. It allows us to easily share a pool of licenses across our network for the software we use. The pay-as-you-go model is a major benefit, as it ensures we only pay for what we actually consume. Additionally, our IT managers can effortlessly track software usage and identify active users through the intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

I enjoy the quality of the material, though there are a few improvement areas. The pricing slightly leans towards being higher against some competition, and I find it annoying that we need to purchase some courses even though it is a business account. Moreover, I find there are very few Hands-On ‘Labs'. We, in technical roles, would require these coding labs to be incorporated to enable scenario-based learning themselves.

**Recommendations to others considering Udemy Business:**

Good to go. Easy to learn. If you want to acquire new skills use udemy

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its really awsome platform to learn diffent skills and certifications. Good for new people who are in to the coding. Really helpful to enhance my knowledge for my work.

  ### 30. Extensive Training and Effective Support, but Limited Flexibility in Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alba C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I like the availability of a wide catalog on Udemy Business that is constantly updated. This ensures that there is always a course with a specific format for each person. I also like the variety among the instructors, as not all of them fit different learning styles, and having so many different instructors means that you can always find a course that suits our collaborators well. I greatly appreciate the diversity of content that Udemy Business offers, especially in the technical field, something that other learning partners do not provide with such depth. Additionally, I particularly value that Udemy Business includes options for real-world practice and development environments, which is very beneficial for us. The quality of the instructors is another reason why I recommend the platform, and the support received from our contact person is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Well, the only aspect I consider doesn't work so well is that on many occasions our collaborators find courses on Udemy that are not within Business, and when we request that they be included in the Business package, we have been denied despite these being courses that are indeed on the Udemy platform, have good ratings, and have quite a few views. The reason these courses are denied to us is due to quality review issues, and I would like there to be more agility in the review of courses we have requested and that could be included in the business catalog.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business helps in the development of people, improving employee retention and maintaining relationships with clients through specific training plans. It offers a wide training catalog that helps deepen existing technical skills.

  ### 31. High-Quality Content & Easy Setup, But Needs Smaller Chunks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin G. | Owner

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I like the options provided by Udemy Business. Through the course catalog, it offers lots of different perspectives and various ways to approach content and topics. I appreciate that it offers content in various languages, and the courses and materials generally are of very high quality. The initial setup was really quite easy. We set it up with single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID, and even when we had to change the single sign-on option to a different SAML approach, Udemy was great in helping us make those transitions.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

In the past, part of the challenge with Udemy Business has been that much of the content, many of the courses, are quite large. People don't necessarily have the time to go through long courses. Having the ability to disaggregate the content or have smaller content chunks that people can go through more quickly and easily would be valuable.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business lets employees access a wide variety of high-quality content across many topics, aiding professional and personal development.

  ### 32. Scalable, hands‑on corporate learning for teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca P. | Chief Operations Officer DEQUA Studio | Formerly CTO in MarTech, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

The catalog stays broad yet purposeful, and the interface makes it quick to search, start, and track learning without getting lost in navigation friction.

On mobile, streaming, playback controls, quizzes, and offline downloads make it easy to use small time windows.

Enterprise features such as SAML SSO with just in time user creation and group mapping, plus SCIM for lifecycle automation, keep access seamless and aligned to directory truth.

Pro’s labs, workspaces, and in course or project based challenges turn theory into hands on skill in safe sandboxes, which is crucial for technical roless.

For global teams, the Multi Language Collections add localized courses from native speaking instructors to improve relevance and engagement across regions .

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

So far, there is nothing negative to report or anything that I dislike. All is smooth and works good. The experience has been consistently positive, without any noticeable issues.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized discovery, paths, and progress tracking reduce time to content and simplify administration, so learners move from intent to action with fewer barriers.
Pro’s hands on labs and workspaces accelerate transfer from course knowledge to on the job capability without risking production systems.

  ### 33. Fast, Practical Learning with Fresh Content—Some Room for Instructor and Lab Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravindra N. | SDET - 2, Oil & Energy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Immediate, targeted learning. When a ticket says “migrate UI tests to Playwright” or “add Appium to mobile CI,” I can find a credible course, watch 2–3 focused modules over lunch, and ship the first PR the same day. Paths bundle the basics -> advanced in a sane order so I don’t doomscroll YouTube.
Hands-on practice, not just videos. The quizzes, practice tests, and project-style exercises help me lock in concepts (e.g., mocking network calls, flaky-test triage patterns, API contract testing). I finish a module and can immediately paste patterns into our codebase.
Content freshness and breadth. The library updates fast when tools shift, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, k6/JMeter, Docker/K8s, AWS primitives, even soft skills like test strategy. It’s rare that I can’t find at least one up-to-date course.
Good for teams, not just me. With learning paths and groups, we align on a baseline: “Watch sections 1–6 by Friday, take the quiz; pair on a spike.” The admin analytics show completion and quiz results, so leads know where to invest coaching time.
SSO and app UX. Sign in with Okta takes seconds, mobile app supports offline, and playback speed + transcripts make it easy to fit around standups and on-calls.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

There are excellent instructors and a few… less excellent. It takes a couple of reviews to spot the right one.
Search can be noisy. You sometimes get five versions of the same topic; filters help, but curation could be tighter.
Hands-on labs aren’t universal. Not every course includes real projects or sandboxes, so you still need to build your own mini lab now and then.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster ramp and fewer blockers. New hires clone our repo on Monday and, by Wednesday, they’ve cleared a Playwright/Appium path and are green on their first E2E test. That chops weeks off onboarding.

Reduced flake and better test design. Courses on waits, retries, fixtures, and network stubbing gave us shared patterns; our UI flake rate dropped because everyone stopped inventing their own waits.

Wider coverage with the same team. Need performance baselines? Someone takes a concise JMeter/k6 course and sets up a smoke pipeline. Need contract tests? Another teammate blitzes an API testing path and ships Postman/Newman or pytest examples.

Concrete career growth. The ability to prove skills (quizzes, completion, cert prep) makes growth conversations easier and keeps motivation high during heavy delivery cycles.

Lower “tribal knowledge” risk. Instead of one expert hoarding context, we point to the same course sections and path notes. When that person is on PTO, the team still moves.

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I really appreciate the variety and range of courses that Udemy Business offers, which are specifically curated for users. It's great to have such a wide selection in fields like engineering, medical, commerce, or finance. The knowledge provided and the instructors available are really good, helping users to step ahead and look for potential growth. The initial setup was quite easy, with straightforward registering, setting up the team, and managing courses for each team member.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

From the outside, when you're browsing the courses and the list of contents, even though there are some modules that are provided as free for the users to assess if the course is nice, I'd say there should be a way for the selection to be made by the user specifically, on which module he can see as a free option. This way, the user can choose based on their interest whether or not they should pay for the course.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business provides a good platform for learning and technical understanding in areas like engineering. It offers a variety of courses tailored for users, helping with future growth and development.

  ### 38. Vast Course Selection and Effortless Learning Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I really like that Udemy Business gives access to a huge variety of courses on different topics. It’s easy to find something that fits my learning needs, whether it’s technical skills or soft skills. The platform is simple to use, and I can learn at my own pace, which is great for balancing work and training.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

One thing I dislike about Udemy Business is that some courses feel outdated or don’t go into enough detail. With so many options available, it can be hard to figure out which course is the best fit. The search and filter features could also be better to make finding the right content easier. Overall, it’s a good platform, but improving course quality consistency and navigation would make it even better.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business solves the problem of finding good learning resources for professional growth. Instead of searching all over the internet, I can access a wide range of courses in one place. It helps me learn new skills at my own pace, which is great for balancing work and training. The platform also makes it easy to stay updated with the latest tools and trends in my field.

I also value the flexibility to learn at my own pace, which suits my work schedule perfectly. The combination of video lectures, downloadable materials, and progress tracking features makes the overall learning experience smooth and engaging. Also, it is easy to implement, and I use it frequently.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

At times, selecting between several courses on the same subject can be challenging, as the quality often depends on the instructor. I also find myself wishing that the mobile app offered a more consistent experience, particularly when it comes to offline downloads. Other than these points, I find that everything else functions very well.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business enables me to upskill efficiently thanks to its extensive selection of up-to-date courses. It not only saves me time but also encourages ongoing learning, making it easy for me to apply new knowledge directly in my job.

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I really like the new personalised learning paths in Udemy Business. It suggests courses based on my role and goals, and it actually feels relevant instead of random. The updated dashboard is cleaner too, so it's easier to continue from where I left off.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business is great, but the search results can still feel a bit cluttered. Sometimes I need to scroll through too many similar courses to find the best one."

**Recommendations to others considering Udemy Business:**

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I appreciated that there are so many courses available to learn from. For example, I learned Looker Studio on Udemy, and I found a wide variety of videos, each with reviews, which made it easier to choose the right one. I also really liked the interface; the lectures have their durations listed, so you know exactly how much time it will take to complete a course. Overall, I had a great experience with Udemy.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

One problem is that the certificates are not universally recognised. While they were beneficial in my current company, they might not be as helpful if I move to a different organisation. Another concern is the overwhelming number of options available, which can make it difficult to decide which one to pursue.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This experience helped me enhance my SQL skills, allowing me to successfully complete four projects that relied on SQL. As a result, this has directly contributed value to my role and is likely to be viewed positively during my appraisal.

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Recently I ve noticed that Udemy Business has added many updated and practical courses, especially in technical and professional skills. The recommendations have also become more accurate, and the learning curve makes it easier to follow a structured plan.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Some courses still vary in quality depending on the instructor. A bit more standardisation or a better way to highlight the most reliable content would help. A common framework should be followed so that standardisation can be done

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy business is solving a core problem of team contributed learning , it is a good solution of learning new skills .
With a very reasonable price and offering variation of tutors varying flavours of cources with certification.

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business has been extremely helpful for my project work. New courses are added frequently, and the recommendations make it easy to find relevant content. I used it to learn skills like [add your skills, e.g., NLP, ML deployment, SQL optimization] which directly supported my project requirements. The structured paths and expert instructors make the learning experience reliable and practical.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

Udemy Business can improve its video streaming quality. In lower-network areas, the videos sometimes buffer or fail to load properly even at lower resolutions. If they optimize streaming for unstable or low-bandwidth conditions, it would greatly enhance the overall learning experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Udemy Business:**

It's good

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

Wow,‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ what I like the most about Udemy Business is the fact that it is so simple to start the learning process without the need for any planning. If I am interested in a topic, I just look through the options, pick a course, and I am good to go in no time. The platform provides me with a good mixture of both beginner and advanced level content, so I never get the feeling that I am stuck or that my options are limited.

Another thing that I like is the fact that instructors are coming from absolutely different backgrounds, which makes the lessons more authentic and less academic. Moreover, I consider it very handy that I can download lessons and learn wherever I want, even if I do not have an internet connection and I am traveling.

Course playlists are a great way for me to organize what I want to study next and thus keep me motivated. Also, I like that the platform displays the trending courses in my industry, so I can always be up to date with the skills that are getting more and more important.

Basically, it seems to me that this is a straightforward, flexible learning tool that can be easily integrated into my daily ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌routine.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

One‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ of the things that really gets on my nerves is the fact that some courses appear to be very elementary even if the level is set to "Advanced." Often, I need to check through several courses in order to find one that actually fits my requirements. There are still a few old courses that have been left on the platform even though their content has become obsolete, which can be quite puzzling. Also, the search function could be better as it sometimes shows me results that have nothing to do with my keywords.

I have also observed that the platform is not very friendly with saving your progress and especially when you switch from mobile to desktop. Udemy Business would be great if it could generate stronger learning paths for those who are looking for a more organized way. I also think that the quizzes which are in some courses are too limited in length and they do not really evaluate your knowledge.

Anyway, it is still a great tool for everyday ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌learning.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ I come across something new at work, Udemy Business is my go-to source to quickly and effectively bridge my knowledge gaps. In a couple of clicks, I can locate a full, clear course, so I don’t have to waste hours looking for different tutorials on the internet. That is a huge time saver for me, especially if I have tight deadlines.

Moreover, it enables me to acquire skills that I may not have thought of, such as leadership or business communication. The fact that the lessons are brief is another feature that makes it possible for me to keep learning even when I have a packed schedule.

Besides, it has been instrumental in me remaining competitive in my industry without me having to pay for external training. The whole team is on board with it, and therefore we share the most relevant courses with each other and keep our skills at the same level.

In short, Udemy Business has evolved into a trustworthy tool for me to keep learning and be one step ahead in my ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌job.

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I like the selection of courses and the volume of new courses that are added on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

I'm facing challenges with reconciling the Udemy Business course catalog as we integrate it with SuccessFactors LMS. It's tough to get the information needed in a format that is easy to use for tagging and categorizing within our system. Udemy courses are appearing in my LMS that aren't listed in the provided catalog or library files. Also, some of the courses are very lengthy and comprehensive, which, although detailed, can be overwhelming for our learners and impractical to complete.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udemy Business provides continuous skill development for our technology organization, keeping us updated with the latest in core technical languages, platforms, and infrastructure rapidly.

  ### 50. Streamlined Corporate Training with Intuitive UI

**What do you like best about Udemy Business?**

I really appreciate the templates provided by Udemy Business, which are excellent right out of the box and offer a wide variety of choices. These templates significantly save us time because instead of building everything from scratch, we can simply tweak them to comply with our company or corporate branding guidelines, such as color schemes and gradients. This level of customization allows us to maintain a professional appearance that management appreciates, as it makes us look good without excessive effort. Additionally, I am impressed with the intuitive user interface, which allowed me to get started easily without much input from my colleagues. This usability means I didn't need to take much time from others to get up to speed, which is always a positive. The ease with which I could jump into using some existing courses, tweak them, and start working suggests a well-designed system that supports new users effectively. There is also robust documentation and abundant online content from experienced users that offer hints and tips, further aiding in the ease of use. Udemy Business is the superior product compared to others I've used, such as Cornerstone, and its features encourage discovery and experimentation, which I find enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Udemy Business?**

I don't really find anything that's a particular downside with Udemy Business compared to Cornerstone, which I used before. However, we might not be utilizing the analytics side too much. If accessing analytics was more straightforward or available on a clear dashboard, it could be an area of improvement. But overall, these are minor points, as the product is very good.

**What problems is Udemy Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Udemy Business for internal training as it provides a central platform with SSO, allowing us to track course completions and certifications. This streamlines our learning management system and simplifies compliance with corporate branding.
