Tracking and scheduling of my projects as from the estimations to the time of completion has really been made easier. The client portal has really helped in making communications very powerful between us and our clients. We can send emails and get back comments from our clients. I like this system a lot because through this, I managed to integrate different functions such as sending emails, planning meetings with my team and creating presentations for clients, which facilitates my work and generates well-being among my staff and customer satisfaction.

I am happy, Contruction Online, for its versatility in the platform and it is easier to access important information of the company from any location in order to work and streamline any necessary management, and this creates great progress since as we go for growth we can allow the visualization of the files and share them between departments without the need to use Microsoft Office.

It is also very rewarding to be able to count on the support of your staff as we obtain answers in a timely, effective and efficient way when there is any doubt or problem that may arise with the system.

Actually, there is nothing that I do not like, sometimes I needed help with respect to some issues that lacked training, but after having everything was easier, and I managed to do my job in a faster way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use UDA constructionline in tandem with UDA constructionsuite. ConstructionSuite is much more powerful for estimating, building schedules, creating contracts, and setting up a job. ConstructionOnline takes over once the job is underway. Clients are able to log in and see as little or as much information as you want. I like to show them the overview schedule by groups, the contract, the drawings, the contract budget, the draws to date, the change orders(pending and accepted), allowances, and specific daily logs with picture updates. Vendors can log in and also see as little or as much as you want to show them. You can send RFQ's to vendors(I still use csuite for this). You can send RFI's, transmittals, submittals, assign to-do tasks to team members, vendors, or clients. So instead of sending a question as an email and forgetting to followup, a to-do stays on your reminder list until the other person has completed it. It has a great punchlist tool. It lacks a lot of the functions I feel are needed from UDA ConstructionSuite. So you need to use Csuite and CSonline in my opinion to get enough functionality. They merge fairly well, but not completely, and not automated. It does not have it's own financial system, it still relies on quickbooks(lousy software). The actual costs are not imported automatically, only when the job estimate is opened.It has no cashflow and earned income reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software has everything to run my construction company, I used to jump from different software en order to create a proposal, upload my contacts, send an email with it, schedule meetings, all these activities are part of any project and suddenly are lost on time. With Construction Online all these activities are related to any project, sometimes I forgot to include them to a project. There's nothing to dislike, sometimes I need someone to help on the web relations but is something natural, I just not qualified to do everything around. Once I have noticed the administrative aspects of the construction company all I have to do is run this administrative aspects on the software and things will go smooth.
