UDA Construction Online is a very robust project managment software that takes the client from the initial contact all the way through the final project payment. The client and team portals are very easy to use and help keep the team informed and invloved throughout the project. From intitial client lead, creating an oppurtunity, estimating the project and generating the proposal to writing project change orders could not be any easier! Training a new PM in the UDA system is very easy with a very short learing curve. We have been using UDA since 2009 and UDA has continued to improve thier software to keep up with new features and our cleint needs. Least favorite part of CO is that some feature like exporting logs or reports, have a bit limited access in customization. for example, expoerting RFI, it would be helpful to have more control over what data gets included or filtered. However, I've found that the support team (especially Carly!) is always receptive to feedback, and it feels like the platform is continuously improving based on our inputs. I really need the AIA Billing Documentation. Pro-Core has this awesome feature and UDA just hasn't got this figured out. This is the main reason why I rarely use the software as the billing specialist for our company I am billing using an excel spreadsheet which is very manual. The feature that ulimately sold us on Construction Online was the Selections part of the platform. We are an integrated design - build firm and the abilty to integrate the selection process like constuction online allows has been a gamechanger for us. So good.
