I really like how it's easy to create and track change order along with their costs. It's also very continent to be able to create one of the change order log reports and have it populated with corresponding information per project.

The website seems to bug out for maybe 20 minutes per day at any given time where the website doesn't really work. I also really dislike that when you start a change order, and the power goes out or if you accidentally close the browser that there is no autosave up to whatever current point you mare at. I am a very visual person so when I get a purchase order with a bunch of products spelled out - it is not helpful especially when I have to constantly circle back to those items. My memory of what each product looks like when dealing with several clients is slim to none but ConstructionOnline has made my life and my job so much easier because it takes 5 seconds to go to the product website and use the extension - then the next time I need to Quickly pull up that product, I have a picture with all of its information and our suppliers pricing which is so nice!
