What I appreciate most about ConstructionOnline is the wide range of features and organizational tools it offers. As a Service Manager, it’s essential for me to maintain accurate, detailed records—and the ability to upload specific logs and daily photos is incredibly valuable. Working on the service side, I focus heavily on punch-list items. ConstructionOnline makes it easy to manage multiple homes at once, allowing me to efficiently track what has been completed and what still needs attention. And if you need assistance Win is usually the one that will help you, and they are available immediately! This CRM has obviously had a lot of thought put into it. It is well organized. I appreciate the functionality of this software; it consistently meets my needs. I do have a suggestion for a future enhancement: the ability to quote within a quote. I recently worked on a project that required presenting two distinct options, and while I managed to achieve this by using two separate opportunities, it would have been more efficient to consolidate everything into a single quote. I looked at and tested a lot of estimation in CRM programs, and I found the UDA construction online to be the most thorough and put together. The estimation program was very well, especially with the cost books and assemblies. The red line takeoff is versatile and also integrated. The support on phone or need to chat is fantastic and thorough and the folks there are very patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UDA ConstructionOnline? One of the things I've been doing over the years is a specific type of range budget presentation for estimates to my client. Reports, although very good from UDA, don't work for me, and I have to export the budgeting report from UDA to a spreadsheet, and then build them into my custom forms. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of reports and information that can be pulled out of UDA, but we're just not using all of them. It also takes a while to build up to being able to use the entire program, and there's no downside from UDA. It's just a learning curve for us and our systems. We purchased construction online after having a communications problem with one of our clients and getting the wrong sink and countertop installed. The best thing about construction online is the communications that are internal to your clients and team and the ability for clients to approve change orders and approve selections. I moved from UDA Construction Suite which tied me to the server back at the office which caused a delay while entering information or trying to print reports. Once I got used to the new user interface I could enter information faster. I am using Online daily and being able to log in anywhere allows me to help with questions even when not in my office. Having to find new ways to accomplish the same function took some time. But the support from the company helped navigate this issue.
