The onboarding process is painful and long if you have a library of resources greater than 50. We would be told one thing and the next week we were told that we did something wrong. As an admin, I find Uberflip relatively easy to use and the functionalities work for my use cases delivering content to sales and managing usage. We've had several issues with items being deleted or 'bugs' affecting content from showing up. Customer success managers only sometimes resolve the issue and often take several business days to address. These issues happen over and over.
