What do you like best about Uberall?

What stands out to me most is how Uberall brings different tools and services together within its dashboards. I really appreciate having so much data so many metrics available, because it gives us clearer direction on where to focus our efforts. We’re able to mange location data and check reviews across multiple accounts, which makes it much easier to stay organized. Its also useful that feedback and performance can be monitored in the same place, rather than having to jump between sections. I also value the analytics, especially the sentiment analysis features. What do you dislike about Uberall?

Exapandig the avialable connections with additional marketing and analytics tools would make Uberall even more flexible for teams that rely on multiple platforms. That said, I’m not a fan of the sheer number of menus and submenus, the navigation feels overcompliacted, and it really should be much simpler and more straightforward. What do you like best about Uberall?

Uberall works well as central place to mange different tools and listings. We connect serval services such as google, apple maps, and other directories and it helps keep all our location information consistent across them. I also appreciate the data insights and the ability to see the actual reviews in platform, which makes it more convenient to handle the details and manage the tools within the platform. What do you dislike about Uberall?

There are quite a few options and integrations, so it can feel a little crowded at first until ypu get used to the layout. What do you like best about Uberall?

Uberall keeps everything in one dashboard. Its great app for pulling together the metrics on our online presence, which is really helpful when I need a clear overview to mange ratings, opeing times, pictures, and menus. What do you dislike about Uberall?

Nothing major its usable and easy to work with. I don’t really dislike anything, but a few parts of the menu feel a bit inconsistent, and every now and then I have to search around to find a specific setting. What do you like best about Uberall?

From my experience using uberall over the years, the integration features have easily been the most helpful part. It connects smoothly with google, map services amd different reviews platforms. So managing customer feedback and location deatils is much simpler. Instead of jumping between tools, having everything in one dasboard also gives a clear overview all of our locations, and being able to reply to reviews directly from the platform makes the processes a lot more convenient. One thing I have noticed is that updates don’t always sync acroas platform as fastest as you might expect. Sometimes it takes a longer for changes to show up everywhere. Uberall has been great for us because it brings all of our business listings into a single dashboards. Rather than updating details manually across multiple sites, we can manage everything from one centralized platform, which saves can manage everything from our location information stays consistent everywhere, which is important for appearing correctly in search results. I really appreciate is the review management tool. It makes it easy for our team to monitor customer feedback and respond to reviews without having to jump and forth between different. When I first started using Uberall, I found confusing and complicated to navigate. After working in it everyday, I have become much more comfortable and confident with the platform. Like any software, it comes with its own set of features and integrations, so I think new users may run into a few challenges at the beginning while they are getting oriented. What do you like best about Uberall?

I use uberall every week, five days a week, to mange store information and reviews, and I find its very straightforward. The layout is inuitive and well organised, so it doesn’t take mych training to get up to speed and understand where everything is. Updating opeing hours across multiple stores only takes a few minutes, which is a improvement over doing it manually. Sometimes the information doesn’t provide enough context like which specific location a review is referring to so I end up having to dig around to figure it out. What do you like best about Uberall?

Uberall gives us strong regional oversight while still allowing local teams to manage their own locations. The bulk updates features is a big help, especially for things like holiday hours or store changes, because it saves us a lot of time.The interface is also easy to naviagte once you’re in it, so day to day tasks don’t feel complicated. On top of that genuinely help help us otimize how we’re using the system. The regular check ins and proactive adive make a difference. What do you dislike about Uberall?

Really so good I havenot see any major probelm. Sometimes Its not overwhelming, but it takes some getting used to. What do you like best about Uberall?

As an agency, we use Uberall pretty much every day. It’s a great tool for aligning all of a business’s social profiles and Google Business Profiles across multiple locations, keeping everything consistent and managed from one centralised place. The features within the platform are also strong—for example, the ability to monitor and respond to reviews. I’d say the only thing I don’t like, or would really like to see improved within the platform, is that it doesn’t support Google business verification. What do you like best about Uberall?

Saves me so much time. I love the feed, if I need to search through our almost 300 restaurants for a specific review.. I can find it in seconds! What do you like best about Uberall?

Uberall makes it very easy for us to ensure all of our business information is accurate across every digital touchpoint where customers might find it. As a business with over 500 physical locations, keeping everything up to date was extremely cumbersome and time-consuming before we onboarded with Uberall. The implementation process was straightforward, and having a dedicated implementation manager available to guide us through each step made a big difference. Customer support has also been excellent; response times are very quick, and we really appreciate having a dedicated account manager on hand to help us get the most out of the platform.
