Giving employment opportunities who knows driving but doesn't have his own vehicles. It is really good for drivers. They don't have to buy the vehicle. Uber is providing them. One of the things I like best about Uber is how you can preset a pickup for a future date and time. When we have clients coming in to our space and they need to be picked up from the airport, we can schedule a ride for them, and we know they will be picked up on time. One of the things I like the least is how I can't schedule a ride through my own profile and just let the driver know they are picking up someone else, but I have to create a separate rider profile for them. The biggest problem Uber helps us solve is that instead of one of our team members having to go pick up someone and bring them to our space we can save time by having Uber pick them up for us. Less worry on picking items up and bringing them to vendors. Also love being able to schedule rides ahead of time for on site visits and team building activities. Uber for Business is extremely easy to set up and start using. I was already a Uber user for personal trips and was able to set up a business account, link my company credit card and start using the service within minutes. I use Uber both for personal and business use, and switching from one mode to the other could be made more explicit. I sometimes forget that my last trip was for business and find myself (almost) ordering a new ride on the wrong account. Easy and fast ride booking, cheap and affordable rates. The UI and UX of the application is so simple that it can be understood by anyone without any training. I like that we could use it to track everyone's expenses for transportation and food. No need to keep receipts. Sometimes there were issues with food orders, like them running late. This is more dependent on the drivers than the app but as far as using the app goes, no complaints.
