To no fault of my own, my order was cancelled. I received an email that I would not be charged. However my card was still charged. I have attempted to reach out to Uber eats. I love that they have different categories you can view such as $0 delivery fee, trending now, fast delivery, national brands, etc. It is great that you can search whatever you're in the mood for in the search bar and typically the results are fairly relevant. It is extremely helpful that you can determine what food is in the area based on the address you provide which is helpful when traveling around to places other than your own residence. I don't like that the uber eats is directly linked to your uber account. I think they should be two completely separate things. It would be much more helpful if the app provided pictures and videos of the restaurants as well as the dishes that are served at the restaurant rather than just the list. Moreover, it would be great if ubereats also were able to provide a way in which consumers would be able to log onto the app and rate the specific dishes at restaurants.
