I like nothing about Uber Eats. Why? Because I was told to join cause I could make more money delivering than what I was from DoorDash. So she sent me a link, and I did the app and sent all the required documents. After an hour or so I got a notification that there were two issues with my ID and my insurance card, which USAA does not have cards. They have paper style. For three days I repeatedly resent the ID and Insurence not just that but by the hour!!!! So I sent a help ticket to see what they could do to help this issue. Boy, what a joke that was!! A copy and paste reply over and over after telling them each time it didn't go through. Now mind you, on the app there is no customer support phone number!!! However, there is a number on the actual website (great to know). After talking to them and getting the copy and paste online replies, they both said the both Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

my ID and Insurence was altered, and fraudulent. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?! There is nothing altered or fraudulent about my ID or Insurance. In the chat, I even sent screenshots of the website and also various pics with my face holding the ID and Insurence to show there was nothing fake. Clearly, their verification department is a joke and has no idea what they are doing or it's just a computer that chooses if it's real or not. Not only do I feel disrespected, but if this is how Uber Treats people who want to work for their company, they have no respect to give live responses on their chat, nor do they have people in their call centers that can help push the issue and help accommodate the issue from becoming worse. Here it is, five days later, and I am still sending my ID and Insurence, and NOTHING has changed, nor have I got an answer as to why they seem to think legal documents are fake.
