The Uber Eats has the vast majority of the restaurants listed in its application. It is very good source to choose the foods from. The user interface is very good. In uber eats we can also track the food delivery guys on the fly. Also , if there is an issue with the food quality, it gets resolved and refund is credited within 2-3 days maximum. Possible reason could be that the delivery guys are mostly 4 wheelers drivers. No complaints about the Quality of service. Sometimes it is very hard to get the desserts or equivalent items in time which needs to be stay cold all the time before consumption, so if the delivery is made late, then the lavishness of the food is lost. The most beneficial thing is that we don't have to spare a time for one-two employees for getting the food from the store itself. The delivery is made by the delivery guys. Uber eats is one of the best delivery apps in our area. The app is easy to use. You can search for restaurants or certain dishes in the search field. If you want to be inspired, you can simply search for different cuisines or special diets under the menu item categories. For example, vegetarians or people with gluten intolerance can easily find something to eat. If you have found something you like, just add it to your shopping cart, enter your delivery address and pay by credit card. The food can be payed directly through the app (available for iOS and Android) with a credit card, so there is no need to check if you have enough cash on your hand. The driver called because he could not locate my office building. I was called 3 times and attempted to give the driver directions. To no fault of my own, my order was cancelled. I received an email that I would not be charged. However my card was still charged. I have attempted to reach out to Uber eats. They do not have phone support and the help tab on the app is useless. I love that they have different categories you can view such as $0 delivery fee, trending now, fast delivery, national brands, etc. It is great that you can search whatever you're in the mood for in the search bar and typically the results are fairly relevant. It is extremely helpful that you can determine what food is in the area based on the address you provide which is helpful when traveling around to places other than your own residence. I don't like that the uber eats is directly linked to your uber account. I think they should be two completely separate things. It would be much more helpful if the app provided pictures and videos of the restaurants as well as the dishes that are served at the restaurant rather than just the list. Moreover, it would be great if ubereats also were able to provide a way in which consumers would be able to log onto the app and rate the specific dishes at restaurants. Uber eats can cater to any occasion and is the go to when ordering due to the fact that there are typically more restaurants on this app than there are on grubhub, doordash, and postmates. After trying multiple times with it not working, I eventually figured out (after an exhaustive search) how to message them through Twitter. After a back & forth of several messages they claimed that the code couldn’t be used because of fraud. They gave zero explanation. When I further questioned it, they claimed that I had a second account and that multiple accounts violated their terms of service. This was literally the one and only time I have ever created an account with them. When I questioned it more, they wouldn’t give me any answers. I asked them to show me proof of the other account and they didn’t acknowledge that. The following is my last message to them as of the time of this review. I’m still waiting... “I literally have zero reason for your service. I live in a small town in South Carolina where the cost of delivery isn’t justifiable. We can just drive less than a mile away to pick food up. And I wouldn’t ever use the car service because I’m agoraphobic and don’t go places or travel at all. The only reason I even created this account last week was because of the promo code that was emailed for a first time delivery order. So I planned to use the service once and that was it. If you’re telling me that I have another account, it must be a case of identity theft because it was not me!!!!
