Their online portal gave us easy access and staff are generally responsive. They also offer interpreting services for non-English speaking victims and witnesses, which is critical. We’ve encountered occasional unexpected fees for rush services, mileage, or additional copies that weren’t clearly communicated in advance, leading to internal approval delays. In a few high-volume periods, response times from their scheduling team slowed, and we had to follow up multiple times for confirmation. In our county prosecutor's office, we manage a heavy caseload of criminal matters including violent crimes, drug cases, and domestic violence, with frequent need for out-of-county or out-of-state witness depositions, grand jury proceedings, and rapid retrieval of medical, phone, or correctional records. Coordinating independent court reporters, process servers, and record custodians used to consume significant staff time and often led to delays in critical timelines. U.S. Legal Support helps by providing reliable nationwide court reporting, subpoena services, and expedited record retrieval through their extensive network. They handle last-minute requests for remote or in-person appearances, which is common when witnesses are incarcerated or relocated.
