"Best CMS for Enterprise Application"
4/5
What do you like best about TYPO3?

TYPO3 is one of the best for Large Scale Enterprise Application which you can trust on, I really like in TYPO3 that it doesn't have any limit to extend it and you can achieve anything and everything with this.

So, overall my experience is really great with TYPO3. I will surely suggest go for it atleast once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TYPO3?

The only thing which I don't like is you have to keep maintaining but it is good to get all security issues fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Steepest Learning Curve"
2/5
What do you like best about TYPO3?

Best for a large enterprise site with many pages. For a large organization with a dedicated IT/Development team it is a good choice. It can support multiple sites very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TYPO3?

The learning curve is very steep. Of the various CMS I have tried Typo3 was the most difficult to learn and teach. With a smaller, mostly European community there are probably other applications that would suit small to mid-size organizations better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TYPO3 Avoid it if you can!"
0.5/5
What do you like best about TYPO3?

Typoscript. A configuration language is a great idea in principle - just not very easy to use. At all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TYPO3?

Pretty much everything. The backend layout is ugly and cluttered. Building the site is difficult and inflexible and the documentation is pretty much non existent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better Than Wordpress"
5/5
What do you like best about TYPO3?

I love that it is scalable and that It is able to be used on multiple worksites across the country, that I can work with a developer to connect anything else that I use. Its great that I can use it anywhere and set it up from wherever I am on my current systems. I like that the level of user engagement has seen a rise, and I love how fast it is.

Vibrant professional community backed by a strong commercial ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TYPO3?

I don't like the way it looks. I feel like it could be a little more user friendly in its design and could be slightly more updated for the current times and userbase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It’s been around. If you used it in the past, give it a second look"
3.5/5
What do you like best about TYPO3?

TYPO3 has been around for a long time. In a world where products are coming and going and the trends change it is nice to know that some products are around forever.

TYPO3 is flexible and free. It’s powerful and has great potential to fill the gaps where many products have holes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TYPO3?

TYPO3 has a bit of a learning curve and while it does offer great power and flexibility it can be a chore at times, to no particular fault of its own, but due to the nature of getting two systems to meet in the middle of a third. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
