And I appreciate their customer service. I had an issue with how the product was working for my application. They kept up a dialogue with me for some time trying to understand the problem and trying to help. In the end it was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Typito?** You have to upload the video, change it, and then download it again without being able to set the size parameters beyond basic platform-related sizes geared toward social media. As a professional editor I need to have more control. Although it was very close, this tool was not quite what I needed. **What problems is Typito solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a way to automatically place voice to text onto a video. That worked reasonably well, only having to make adjustments to the suggested text. Once you learned how the text-editor functioned, it was fairly straightforward to make adjustments. ### 5. I'm waiting for sound to be added to timers and being able to add music tracks so I won't have to then edit on imovie as well and can do all my editing in one place. **What problems is Typito solving and how is that benefiting you?** Typito helps me to add timers and labels to my workout videos. They help my Youtube videos look much better. Saving templates you've made in the past makes it easier to edit and helps your videos look similar. ### 6.
