It makes the life of our agents in the help desk so much easier. we have a big improvment on typing speed and also less typing errors. its also possible to guide agents to adapt a kind of writing style. Our agents are using it on daily basis and they would not like to work withut it anymore. its easy and quickly implemented into Zendesk and the customer support of typewise is alwasy available if something is not working as it should. Simply - the results check out. My organization set an ambitious efficiency target to achieve with communication assistant and selected Typewise to deliver the tool
- AI model trained on data we've shared works considerably better (higher accuracy) when compared to another supplier where similar data was used to train the AI model - it does what it's supposed to do;
- they're solution oriented and ready to work on customizations,
- support and communication with Typewise partners is of highest standard,

Not much really - the challenging part, as part of my organization's due diligence concerning AI adoption, was to gather some in-depth information about data processing - would be great if such details were more accessible and shared proactively and up front. It's a browser extension, which is on one side perfect for most use cases and also my preferred personal way. But it comes with the downside, that it can't be used on native, local apps. This keyboard is absolutely amazing. It works smoothly. Setting it up was a breeze. At first I had a trouble getting used to the layout. Once I got the hang of it typing became so much easier. I also love that theres potential for updates and new features. Typewise has definitely exceeded my expectations. I cant wait to see what they have in store for us next. Typewise claims to enhance our agents writing speed. In my experience it doesnt always catch grammar or writing mistakes accurately. This means we still need to proofread our responses to maintain quality. While it does provide customer service responses with its text prediction and auto correction features theres still room for improvement in terms of efficiency and overall performance.
