What do you like best about Typeform?

A key feature I like about Typeform is the ability to configure branding templates so that all survey forms created in the company workspace all have the same formatting for consistency and maintaining the corporate brand. Another useful feature, that I benefit from most days, is the ability to integrate the received responses to a Google Sheet - thereby enabling all colleagues access to view the responses, rather than limited to the number of licenses purchased on the platform itself.

In the workflow, it is also possible to set-up email notifications that alert specified colleagues of a completed/partially completed survey response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Typeform?

On the Plus Plan, there are set Content presets available for use, however, it is not possible to edit the field names which would help ensure forms are fully customisable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Typeform?

I love how customizable Typeform is. It lets me create forms that actually feel on-brand and engaging. The best part is all the integrations. I have new survey submissions instantly show up in my spreadsheet, which saves me a ton of time and keeps everything organized in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Typeform?

The one thing I don't love is that if I make edits to the spreadsheets connected to Typeform, the connection sometimes breaks, which can be frustrating to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
