While it looks beautiful, you are pushed into a premium option very quickly because of the limited ability to make more in-depth forms. It is overpriced and worst of all your data is behind paywall. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** We used typeform premium for a few months. As it was overpriced for the features we used, we terminated our sub. After this, we tried to get our collected data, but it was behind a paywall. However, if you downgrade to Free you'll have limited access to your response history, meaning the Results panel will only show the 10 most recently-collected responses on your typeform. Even when this is the case, you can still initiate a download of all response data by following the guidelines here (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/export-your-responses-360029253572/) , which will prepare your download for access after 14 days. To download responses immediately as you could previously on your Premium plan, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan again, as this is a benefit of our paid subscriptions. If it helps, we also offer a Data Access plan for a cheaper monthly fee that allows you to maintain full and immediate access to all responses. I like that creating new questions and deciding between which type is super easy. It's definitely better than like a google surveys **What do you dislike about Typeform?** There are a lot of limitations. For example, you can't lock in orders of multiple choice options - sometimes I'll want to have a choice locked at the bottom that's not "other," but you can't do that. This is just one of many limitations I've noticed. If more functionality is what you desire, then qualtrics is probably your best bet. **What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating surveys and easily collecting the survey results in data (excel) format.
