the user interface and clear sections and display. It also integrates well with Google sheets which allows for many additional integrations.

There are some quite basic form elements that are not offered, such as setting a time limit

It gives our applicants a nice and organized interface for filing out questionnaires and assessments.

Typeform feels so much more professional than google forms - with customizable url, branding, and consistent design elements The conditional fields streamline the user experience. The integrated and shareable reports are also super helpful.

It's on the pricier side. I wish it had full sign off compliance like jotform.

UX is clear and easy to use, design is simple and has all the tools you ned to build the best forms out there

Pricing could be adapted to smaller business. Other than that is great. We would for sure use it more if that would be the case.

We mainly use it for uer research, we love to hear what our users think about us and how we can make our product better. For this Typeform is the best option, simple for both our team and our users (senior users) and lovely to lok at

Currently Typeform has included many features that weren’t available in the last fee years, so I don’t dislike anything at the moment!

It is an ideal tool for easily generating leads and immediately assessing and qualifying them. We use it to specify the requirements and preferences for a property in Spain.

To be honest I have not found any downsides yet.

The desing of the survey, but what I like the most is the logic jump

Tha analysis of the results, I would like to have the results erabolated by % or total for each question
Another thing I disliked is that the integration with excel did not worked. I have opened a ticket but never received reply from support, very annoing

I like that there are various integrations, like Google Sheets, Slack, etc. that you can use to connect to your typeform. it is easy to use and the customer support is great and quick.

I wish you could change the language on some set templates. Also there are some integrations that need updates so all pertient infomation is transfered.

We are able to register customers for events and allow them to purchase books.

Typeform is incredibly user friendly and has lots of support documents to help you navigate the settings. The support chat responds quickly and this is consistent for every time I have contacted them. Also great cost value!

Not able to send someone through the same series of questions multiple times based on an answer to a previous question.

Typeform was fast and easy to use. No struggling to figure out how it works. I wish all platforms were this easy!  I was able to find and send links to clients, I use it several times a week and will likely increase my use of typeform, It was easy to plug in to my app platform at Passion.io.

There is nothing I dislike at this time.

Ok, it lacks the copy and paste of a slide into another questionnaire, apart from that, it is very accessible.

Evaluation questionnaires about the project, the power of the Sponsor, the experience of the Project Manager , the clarity of the specifications and the relationships with subcontractors are evaluated .

Typeform makes feedback collection natural, which is key - people generally don't like filling out forms. Well, not Typeforms for sure : )

I'd appreciate if visualising collected feedback was easier - I find it not very user friendly and so export my form results elsewhere to analyse.

Makes it easy to collect feedback from practically anybody, as well as have people sign up.

The usability! User friendliness and the customisation of the forms to adapt to certain scenarios and styles.

It can be a bit arduous diving deep into the logic trees. For instance, having a multiple choice question with 5+ options and trying to filter the respondent through to follow-ups based on their selection.

Typeform is the most customizable survey platform, which is very useful for me. The survey logic is also very helpful - it saves time by not showing every question to every user. It's also easy to send survey results, and I appreciate that users don't need an account to view them. This makes it easier for a large company to share data without every stakeholder creating an account.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I think Typeform could improve by adding even more results and insights to the results page. I'd also like to customize what data I'm sending out when sharing the results link. Maybe Typeform could work with AI to generate more attractive and more custom reports.

Typeform is useful to us in terms of planning events, lead capture, plus employee and customer surveys. It saves us time in these areas and integrates pretty well with other platforms we use.

Simple to set up a survey, add conditional logic or branching, and control the various types of questions, response types, etc. The summaries of results are handy as well. Love the flexibility. It's simple for end users to respond on mobile or web as well.

For some reason I find the branding a bit more challenging to apply than I want it to be. Wish I could buy or earn AI credits on my plan without having to upgrade to a higher tier.

It provides a wide range of options whether you use the paid version or not, but it also looks nice and isn't an eyesore like other free options. The fact that you can brand it (at a cost) is brilliant, but nevertheless it offers an aesthetically pleasing free platform to gather client information.

The paid version is a little bit much for a business of my size. As a business in an inbetween stage, where I have clients but not yet enough to need to use typeform regularly enough to justify the paid cost - if there was an inbetween where I could still access 1 or 2 of the full paid features for a lower cost that would be brilliant for a growing business that has to watch costs.

To retrieve initial client project information, background info on their businesses and the help they're looking for.

Easy configuration, lot of options to select.

Responses not working properly, forced to fill out survey in order to cancel subscription.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to create surveys for our customers and users, which was quite easy.

We subscribed for a plan for $55 per month (!) to get 1,000 responses. The admin panel always showed that there are new responses, on other surveys it showed there were no new responses although there were.

The customer service knew about it and reported that it has been fixed, anyway it still wasn't fixed. Then it was claimed that it was due to the browser cache - but even though we cleared it and tried it with another browser, still the same problem. This way we were unable to check whether new responses have arrived or not. Useless service for a lot of money.

The craziest thing: When we wanted to cancel our subscription, we were forced to go through a cancellation survey first. Without this, a cancellation was not possible!

The conversational nature of typeform means that when well designed a respondent feels like they are in conversation with the survey. This enables me to design surveys that inform but also break through into conscious and better informed decision making - meaning that the results I get are far more accurate and meaningful than when using other research tools

I would like to see more analytical tools to help with analysis of results and conclusions. OK I can export the data and use other tools to do the analytics, but would be nice to have more on board.

Its very easy to set up and comes with tonnes of integrations. I don't think i have seen any other form with so many. This makes it appopriate for collecting nearly any kind of data and then piping through to your teams source of truth.
