We use it's survey platform to gauge some of our marketing tools. It helps us learn what our customers are looking for and what type of discounts/promotions work best for them. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** The least helpful thing is having to do one theme for an entire survey. We can only change the overall theme for the entire survey. So some of our pages can’t be customized with a different colors, fonts, or sizes. This is a downside because we want to add a little more customization to each slide instead of having all slides look the exact same. **What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We recently held an Independence Day promotion. After the promotion we sent out a survey, using type forms to ask our customers would they have made a purchase with or workout the promotion, as well as the likelihood of that. One of the biggest issues I have with Typeform, is wanting to limit what is shown to users, if they don't select certain things Like "if answer is NOT abc, skip question 5". This is key for some of the more complicated surveys I am trying ot send out. It is a great help to the company's research efforts in general. It's incredible, no doubt about it, and has had a fantastically beneficial effect. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms and other popular applications are just a few of the many with which it is compatible. The forms are top-notch; constant interaction and deconstruction of ongoing survey procedures keep it in its orbit. So, I know user retention is very important and in the case of asking participants to fill out a survey, it's hard enough as it is when time is money. That way, participants are able to be guided through answering the survey from start to finish instead of leaving a set of survey questions for them to answer and risk them being distracted or demotivated from answering. ### 29.
