**What do you like best about Typeform?**

Typeform offers a very intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes creating engaging and visually appealing forms easy. The customization options and smooth user experience increase response rates significantly. It integrates well with many other platforms, making workflow automation straightforward. Customer support is responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The only improvement I would suggest is to be more accurate with cookie handling. Even when users do not accept cookies, it would be great to still be able to track the lead from the form click and have the option to identify which users did not complete the process, so a follow-up link could be sent to encourage completion.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform helps us collect information in a simple and engaging way, improving the respondent’s experience. This allows us to get more complete and accurate data, increase participation, and save time through automation and integrations with our tools. Plus, we can maintain our brand image with fully customizable forms.

It’s very easy to navigate and includes all the features I need to work efficiently with my team. I like that I can organize everything into different projects—it really helps me stay on top of things.

It is a tool that, even with the cheapest option, is quite easy to use.

If you want to make branches, it's not so simple to know how to do it. I would also say in the way of sending the link, that it has to be done manually.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

Typeform is a great, affordable survey software. You can do lots of things, for a good value for money. However, if you use Typeform with a bigger team, and if you want multi user, you eventually need to upgrade and it gets quiet expensive.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I would like to see multi user as a standard feature. Archiving of old surveys would also be helpful. And a global trigger for the Zapier integration.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to run surveys all the time: for screeing, recruiting, internally etc. Typeform is an easy-to-use, affordable form builder that covers 80% of our use cases.

Its fantastic, very easy to use - simple form builders with complex answer selections.

The way you view the answers to the forms is a bit tricky, it tries to fit lots of information into one page and its hard to export this properly.

We use type form to get key information from our clients, which is so much easier than sending a word document - and it looks a million times better!

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I really like how the surveys look and feel to the people taking part. Much better than some others, which can feel dated and more like filling in a spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

When analysing the results, the results summary is really useful to track progress and to grab quick insights for LinkedIn posts etc. It would be amazing if in the future the results part was developed to make it easier to create a final product using your survey - I currently export the results and then have to make my own charts in excel to get it looking how I want.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run an annual salary survey with quite detailed questioning and logic. It makes this process incredibly easy, and has the tools I need in terms of multiple question types and tha ability to align with my own branding.

Sometimes we can not do everything we would like to do, but we try to look online ways to acheve it.

Typeform's interface is undeniably beautiful and modern. It creates a very engaging and conversational experience for the person filling out the form, which is a big plus

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The business model feels hostile. Essential features like CAPTCHA are locked behind expensive plans, leading to spam. They also make it hard to access your own data if you downgrade. We ultimately switched to FormConvo.com, which has a similar conversational feel but uses AI to get deeper insights without the aggressive paywalls

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, Typeform solved the problem of boring, static web forms. The immediate benefit was making our surveys look modern and feel more like an interactive conversation, which we hoped would lead to better engagement.

However, this benefit was completely erased by the new problems the platform created. The lack of bot protection on affordable plans meant the tool that was supposed to improve our data collection ended up creating a data integrity crisis for us, with spam submissions polluting our results and wasting our ad spend.

I love how Typeform gives me the opportunity to find people who are a better fit for what I'm doing. The ability to sequence questions and its overall organization and layout particularly stand out to me. I appreciate how these features help in gauging the interest and seriousness of potential clients.

I find the setup process of Typeform difficult and overwhelming, especially as someone who is not very tech-savvy. The interface looks too technical for my comfort, making initial usability challenging. I would prefer it to be more user-friendly and easier to understand from the start. The design and layout could be easier on the eyes to facilitate a smoother learning curve for new users.

Limits are too low, makes it a disincentive to gather feedback from too many users.

We run an online education company and try to have an loop where customers give us feedback and we iteratively improve our product. We used Google Forms before but we didn't get a lot of students filling it in. Typeform allowed us to make the form appear more like another educational lesson, so the customers actually watch it and we "sneak" in the parts about them giving us feedback.

Some advanced features—like conditional logic or certain integrations—are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or early-stage projects. Also, long forms can sometimes feel slow to load on mobile. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value.

While the design is elegant, the customization options for branding can feel limited unless you're on a higher-tier plan. Also, depending on the form complexity, it can be a bit time-consuming to build from scratch without templates.

Typeform allows us to integrate a self-scheduling form that automatically generates leads and routes them to our team for follow-up via WhatsApp. This has significantly improved our lead capture process, reduced response times, and helped us provide a more immediate and personalized experience to potential patients.

The price seems a bit high to me, and I also dislike that there is no phone support available.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

Impeccable UX when filling out the form leads to much better conversion! Big fan of the analytics, the workflows, and the overall experience. Integrates easily with all things via native integration (decent) or Zapier (fantastic). 

I use it daily on my website, as do my users. Haven't had to deal with customer support yet, which is a good thing as everything's working flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

It's quite expensive compared to other players, but given that a core part of my business runs through Typeform, I'm happy to pay that price. Would hate to lose submissions inside the funnel.

The native integrations are a bit wonky at times, would prefer to just run everything via Zapier.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm gathering applications via the software for my recruiting business.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I love the fact that logic, branching and quiz grading has been simplified in Typeform. My first time creating a quiz in Typeform wasn't hard as there were linked articles to explain the process better. It is also really easy to set up, I was able to integrate other apps I am using with it. Chef's kiss!

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

If there is something I dislike it will be the premium feature. I believe new uses should be able to use all features even if it is for a small period of time

Typeform is really making lead capturing and form building a lot easier. The first time I built a Quiz on it, it was so simple and the features were really easy to understand.

The ability to build form logic is very useful for some of our complex questionnaires. This allowed us to reduce the number of forms we needed and make analysis simpler for us.

The interface is also great for beginners to use when making forms and thus speeds up form building

It would be useful to reuse questions. This is not possible currently. Therefore I had to end up redoing long question groups that took up a lot of my time

I like that you can add your brand kit to the tool so that you can ensure your organisation's brand consistency remains intact despite it being a third-party tool. I also like that you can embed the survey onto your own web page so that you don't have to leave to another site/ remain on your website. Surveys are easy to set up and you can integrate easily.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The only dislike about Typeform is that if you have an automated email set up, it is a bit clunky - in both setting up, and also in look and feel. It would be nice to be able to add branding, different coloured fonts for headings etc. However, all in all it is a great tool.

Being able to quickly create surveys and questionnaires for projects and programmes. Building documents and questions is swift - the logic system helps guide your work and the interface is very reliable. We've created 50+ different Typeforms over the years.  These have been great for onboarding new cohort members before a project and then surveying them after. We have integrated it with Google Docs and also embedded forms on our official sits.

Can't think of anything.  I've successfully used HubSpot integration & form branching/logic & haven't run into any issues.

For many of our lead magnets and content offers, we use a basic form and landing page, but then reroute contacts who convert onto a Typeform to ask lead qualification questions. The best part of Typeform is how easy it is to create complex forms and still make it personal to the person filling the form out. It has vastly reduced spam submissions on my website and increased general enquiries. The results page is also useful for collecting customers' stats super quick. I feel like I have only touched the surface with what Typeform can do.

I don't like that they have a premium service and some tools are unavailable unless you pay a higher a price.

We got Typeform to build complex forms and make them easy to use for the user. A lot of our forms depend on a variety of attributes about the customer and that changes how the form is answered. Using Typeform's easy to use interface ensures that each customer has a personal form.

We originally bought Typeform to build a quiz for the website which has different results depending on the answers. This was something our website devs couldn't build - but by far the best part of the quiz is how easy it is to look into the data of the results.

I like that you have a lot of freedom for different survey pathways. If you receive negative feedback, you can find out more with one line of questioning while, if you receive positive feedback, you can ask for permission to use this as a review in another line of questioning.

I think that there should be more 'viewer' seats with the basic package. Having to set up an automatic export so that teams that should not use or manipulate this tool but need to review the results is excessive.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

The features of TypeForm that I like are its easy-to-use interface, excellent logic jumps, and drag-and-drop form-building feature.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Two main reasons why I dislike it are the high cost and unavailability of advanced insights.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TypeForm is benefiting me by assisting me in collecting potential leads, conducting surveys, and building an Online Form.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What I like about Typeform are the constant updates and the simplification of functions and also that it is super easy to explain to customers and integrate.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

What I would like to see changed in the future is, for example, the fulfillment of commission promises for referrals, which worked great with Partnerstack, but unfortunately it has been restricted and the chat bot is more exhausting than helpful, as with any other technology tool

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadqualfication and what would i like to have as an additonal faeture would be save data without click on send
