So we stick to typeform still now, the templates are great and it makes the work easier. Creating and editing the forms are easier than any other tools. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** Only the pricing, because small businesses cannot afford their paid plans, also their free plan only covers 10 responses a month, there are no use with that. So, typeform should consider increasing the limits back to at least 100 responses as before. **What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We collect feedbacks, and surveys from our clients, and for that we use typeform. It's also easily embedded into websites, which is a good feature. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** Typeform is overpriced for me; 100 responses (that is, submissions by actual people) cost a whopping 30€ per month. That's 30c per simple survey response. On top of that, even when you're testing submissions yourself (i.e. making sure that automations offered by Typeform with other services actually work), this actually counts as actual responses, meaning you will the submission limit if you're not careful with testing. It has so many interactive forms and features that ease at collection of data. I can customize the design and integrate it with various software to collect my responses. I work in a multi-specialty hospital as a Hospital Manager and patient welfare is our top priority. We maintain all the checks to do it and to update our system management and qualities we need to ensure that most of the patients and their families give us or share genuine feedback to bring improvement to our hospitals and Typeform has made it so easy for us to send those surveys just into their fingertips less than a minute we get maximum responses and there is no extra baggage of compilation of data. Whether it's enrollment or application forms, or session review surveys for our conference, Typeform empowers us with a user-friendly and very intuitive platform that has let us customize and design literally everything we need. The connection with Google Sheets and Zapier works seamlessly and we use it to move over automatically all the responses to a Google Sheet or our CRM. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** Our only regret was when they decided to discontinue the Chat Form creation feature. It was a very unique way for our clients to communicate and answer all their questions with us without the need for human-touch but in a very customized way. We use it embedded on our website to collect data from users in the form of a quiz. We then use their quiz results for user insights and also to help guide them to the best product in our store. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** I wish there were more integrations with Shopify. Ideally we could collect customer data and have it directly imported in to Shopify rather than having to use Zapier which adds cost to our usage. **What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Typeform in the form of a quiz on our homepage to collect user data that can be used for insights, directing them to the best product that's a fit for them, and also sales outreach.
