Make a simple form look professional. The fact that it has the option to send notifications to the person who submitted the form is a big plus. My team and clients use it every day, so it is now a must in our daily organization. Plus, it was easy for our clients to use and implement as part of their request process for our department. Additionally, I've found they don't take long to fix any issues that arise with the platform. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** While building the form, I had several issues with the logic working properly, even if the map and triggers were correct. When doing a test, the form would ignore some questions. Also, it would be great if there was an option to upload documents without signing in. **What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?** My marketing team receives numerous requests each week. Typeform has significantly improved our ability to track these requests, especially when integrated with Trello. Now, all the information clients need to provide is centralized in one form, eliminating the need for multiple emails.
