It does not follow the process. I have to go to many tabs just to complete one process. There isn't a true connection to flow seamlessly. Also, there isn't a validation between employee deductions and and the coverage level for the deduction. An employee can have a dependent added on them but the coverage level could be missed and charge the wrong deduction amount.
