What do you like best about TXTImpact?

Easy to add a group of people at once or a single person. Easy to make specific groups for notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TXTImpact?

I can say that I've come across any cons for what I use the tool for. So far, so good. Maybe better UX design, but that would be it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommended TXTImpact Text Message Services to a friend of mine who runs a non-profit with over 100 locations across the US. Immediately we ran into challenges. It turns about another company.
