Twitter Analytics is super easy to use and provides information that is easy to understand. The platform also provides analytics we need in a way that is easy to pull for reporting.
Since it is built into Twitter, this platform is also super easy to access. I really like that aspect of it. Twitter Analytics is definitely a convenient and useful tool for gathering insights.
This is a user-friendly platform. It takes little-to-no training to learn how to use Twitter Analytics. One can simply go into the platform and easily pull the needed information.
It is extremely helpful for gathering and pulling key metrics needed to report back to the client on Twitter posts and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I really do like this platform, it is unfortunate that it does not offer separate engagement analytics for organic versus paid tweets. It would be nice to separate those out when pulling reports.
It would also be nice if this platform could show side-by-side comparisons for months in different years or one month to the next or one year to another. This would make Twitter reporting just a little bit easier.
I suppose another downside would be that it only works for Twitter. It would be nice to have a platform that pulls useful analytics for all the major social media platforms in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
